Please Think Twice Before Booking with Dr. Jack Singer After our experience with Dr. Jack Singer, I feel it’s important to share—especially for other parents. We took our 1-year-old daughter to see him about a skin condition on her face. From the moment we arrived, the experience was uncomfortable. Dr. Singer was abrupt and dismissive, asking for insurance details before even speaking to us properly. There was no warmth or empathy—something you’d expect when treating a baby. During the exam, he insisted I restrain her flat on the bed so he could check her ears and eyes. It felt unnecessarily harsh and distressing. Most pediatricians try to comfort the child, not make the experience more traumatic. He barely let me explain the issue before prescribing eye drops—for a skin condition. Not only were they inappropriate for her age, but they didn’t address the actual problem. He also suggested I have her eat with mittens on to stop her from rubbing her face—an idea that showed a complete lack of understanding of how 1-year-olds behave. To make matters worse, Dr. Singer later contacted us demanding direct payment within two days and threatened legal action, despite not billing our insurance provider. This whole experience was stressful and disappointing. If you're considering seeing Dr. Singer, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I requested to see Dr Riyad for my son's eczema as I had a wonderful experience with her the last time, however I was persuaded to see Dr Singer by the admin team as apparently he is an eczema specialist and so I agreed. When I was asked to head up to Dr Singer's office I could hear him arguing on the phone on loudspeaker with someone, so I embarrassingly waited outside his office until he was off the phone. I paid 280 pounds for a 10 minute 'consultation' and my experience with Dr Singer was that he was abrupt, rude and condescending - he told me my GP was useless when I told him what he had prescribed my son, but then proceeded to prescribe similar and over the counter products (we sat in silence for minutes while he looked up the medication in his booklet, which i would have assumed he would have known already as an eczema specialist). He didn't provide any guidance as to what causes the eczema, how to avoid or prevent it in the future. He only prescribed a handful of different meds to treat the eczema (which as i said i had already been prescribed similar by my local GP for free) and when I did ask basic questions he replied with sarcastic and abrupt responses like he was annoyed at me for asking such questions. There was no consultation, only a big bill and a load of meds.

We had troubles with our newborn and went back and forth to numerous GP appointments but there was nothing they were able to do to help. Our baby was very unhappy, would barely sleep and his feeding was extremely interrupted. We decided to visit Dr Jack Singer. He sat down with us and explained what the issues were. He Immediately showed us what the solution was and how we were going to achieve it! That very same day it was as if we had a new baby. Our little one finally got some well deserved rest and so did we. We finally had a smile on our face after a very long and tiresome start to parenthood. I’m very thankful to have been seen by Dr Singer. His knowledge is second to none and I’m comforted knowing that he’s there for our little one! Youness

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Jack Singer, a paediatrician, for my child's medical needs. I must say that my experience with him was exceptional. Mr. Singer's professionalism and expertise were evident from the moment we walked into his office. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions in a clear and concise manner. He was very patient and made sure that I understood everything he was explaining. What impressed me the most about Mr. Singer was his genuine care and concern for my child's well-being. He took the time to thoroughly examine my child and made sure to address any potential issues. His kind and gentle approach made my child feel comfortable and at ease during the entire visit. Furthermore, Mr. Singer's office was clean, well-organized, and equipped with the latest medical technology. This added to my confidence in his abilities and ensured that my child received the best possible care. I would highly recommend Mr. Jack Singer to any parent in need of a paediatrician. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for his patients make him an outstanding doctor in his field.

Dr J Singer was really knowledgeable on the subject. Our baby has eczema and his prescribed treatment really worked for her! He also explained in fair detail how to apply creams, in which quantities and how long for. I really liked that as it was very clear.

Becarefull with Doctor Jack Singer and her secretary . They charge me £500.00for a consultation of 5 minutes and not even check properly my kid. They requested a blood test that cost £360.00 in the laboratory and they charge me £500.00 instead and after they didn’t want to give me the results . Request a call from the doctor for 3-5 minutes the secretary that is a professional rude person she said I need to pay £250.00 for a telephone consultation. Spend over £1500.00 for throw in the bin , there is plenty of paediatricians out there with more knowledge and not a couple of THIEFS avoid them I feel someone stole my money once my kid is sick

We went to see Dr Singer at Harley St clinic with our 6 week old baby daughter as she was unsettled and cried a lot. He completely misdiagnosed her by saying she suffers from reflux and he put her on very strong medication that can have serious side effects. Luckily we only gave her one dose when we decided to get a second professional opinion from a maternity nurse. She confirmed that the baby definitely hasn’t got reflux and she instead is suffering from colic only. After showing us how to cope with colic, all her crying stopped and she was a changed baby. We feel so lucky we didn’t continue using Losec as our baby doesn’t have reflux. Dr Singer didn’t even check her over, he only weighed her and that was it. Our baby was gaining weight steadily and didn’t vomit after feeds and she displayed no symptoms associated with reflux needing to be medicated. As reflux and colic can have similar symptoms when it comes to let’s say spells of crying, that in itself is not enough reason for a qualified professional doctor to be putting her on medication that would have done more damage than good! We are appalled and worried as who knows how many babies are being treated in this way under his hands and misdiagnosed unnecessarily! Always seek a second opinion when it comes to your child, that’s our advice! We basically wasted £250.

We have now visited Dr Jack Singer numerous amounts of times and I am so glad to have met him. He is very professional and understanding, answering all questions and worries you might have. He was attentive and knowledgeable and since we have continued the appointments, medication and further tests, my health has improved drastically. Suffering from awful headaches for months and not receiving any help through the NHS, I began to worry as there wouldn't be one day without experiencing pain. I am so grateful that in only a couple of months, we have been able to receive amazing results, we highly recommend him and are so thankful for all the support and help he has given us. An incredible and experienced Doctor. Thank you.
