   Trust pilot 'I contacted Spectrum Insurance Services' to report engine management light on my car and failure of rear lights' I was advised they did not have any means to inspect the car therefore I should get this resolved privately and if its covered under warranty I will be refunded'. After almost 2 months when I finally managed to get the car fixed by Audi costing me £519 Spectrum refusing refund and offering only £183. They are contradicting themselves. First they said they didn't have a chance to inspect the vehicle then they said I should've get the car stripped and then contacted them to inspect? This is really a joke! As a customer how would I know their processes and neither I own a garage to strip the car for them to inspect?

   Pair for the part but not the diagnostic. Was only a small job but ended up paying out my own pocket. Would hate to think of an expensive job. Wish i read the reviews first before taking out the policy

   If I could give a lesser score I would. Asked if major components were covered, was told yes - Turbos have failed and they claim wear and tear and refuse to pay out. Disgusting company, slither like a snake when they have to pay out. Save your money a complete waste.

   Purchased warranty insurance for my Aston Martin at £3595 for two years and this company and they will not honour the agreement. A typical scam company that I advise you avoid.

   Never take this policy you wasting your money covers nothing of value. You have to pay for the repair then wait for 3 months to get a small percentage of the repair back! It's a con!
