What a nightmare, made a claim that wasn't my fault, the other party even offered to pay but the damage too great, been like 4 months haven't heard anything from them, not responding through email and telephone always try again later or instantly hangs up.
The best insurance price, less paperwork, all done less 30 min.
Worst Insurance company ever they are quick to take your money but to deal with anything else they don't want to know you very hard to get hold of I spent 1 hour plus on hold to speak to someone they don't reply to emails. My renewal was due and some info was wrong I requested a call back to discuss but apparently a company like there's don't do call back instead I have to sit on hold for hours on end. Take your insurance else where.
Absolutely shocking. Trying to get hold of someone either by phone or access forgotten password is unbelievable. Left several messages regarding contact & nothing. Phone number on website is unavailable. If you wish not to renew your policy - Good luck! I've been trying for 2 days now.
