   I had a letter from HMRC saying my PPI Insurance Claim has been paid to Etico, I've tried to contact them on numerous occasions but I've not had a response. Looks like I've been scammed here & they've kept my money. Shocking!

   I would be very wary of dealing with this company: their phones appear to be constantly 'out of order', and they don't reply to emails, despite automated assurances that they will within 24 hours. My experience with them has been wholly negative.

   Same as most ppl here had letter from hmrc saying monies payed to etico rang up got moody answer phone message, no replies from emails ither .spoke to hmrc they said they seem a gen company but would hmrc be taken in by scam artists ??????? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   My husband has received an email from HMRC saying that his tax refund has been paid to ETICO but now no one form their offices will answer the phone, no refund received back from them. Looks like a scam company keeping the money!

   Waste of time. They never get back to you you have to contact them (which takes forever) for them just to say they can’t do anything. Petty excuse for a firm!

   Disappointing , I received a text to say check my email. 5 days later no email received. Tried to call the main number with no answer. I was told on the hold music that ETICO = Ethical and Trustworthy so well worth losing over 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back

   I'm with the company now.Send me couple's email like that-; We are writing in relation to the Car Finance Claim we have been processing for you. We have identified that we require further information from you in respect of your claim. We need you to provide proof of your current address. Therefore we would be grateful if you could please use the link below and upload one of the following documents: Bank statement dated within the last two months Utility bill dated within the last two months Council tax bill for the current year. My questions is why they needed all this info bank statement? I understand they need proof of adress but why bank statement? Do any one can exsplaind me please,because I send email to this company with my questions but never answered.

   Terrible service!! I have tried calling numerous times only to get a voice saying "Goodbye" after 5 or so minutes. I have also tried e-mailing with a request read receipt and the messages have not even been read!!! Now i'm faced with a county court action summons. I have been trying to contact ETICO for nearly 5 months now!!!!!

   My experience of Etico has been wholly positive, quite apart from the refund you were able to secure for me. I found you efficient and easy to talk to and you kept me informed every step of the way. I would make special mention of Dan Jameson who is the person that was mostly in touch with me, but all your other staff members were remarkable. A big thank you to all.
