   Have home and car insurance with NFU and have for many many years. Renewals for house came today. Quick phone call changed a few details as they needed updating which brought the renewal price down by over £200. Not bad for a ten minute phone call. Call handler very helpful as always and no trying to sell other products or gimmicks. Just straight to the point and sorted. Well done NFU. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

On my last renewal date he conducted a thorough review of insured property values which resulted in obtaining higher levels of cover for a relatively modest extra premium. It is good to be able to call Alix directly if you have any issues rather than deal with a large, faceless organisation.
