   Avoid avoid avoid!!! If you want a company to send in contactors to deface your kitchen floor while fixing your tumble dryer than use. If I could give negative stars I would. Sure terrible service.

   Bought a policy through mini lloyds with this comoany allow wheel cosmetic repair AVOID cost of £500 everytime you try and make a claim they make it more difficult for you not a helpful company WASTE of MONEY to be honest

   Avoid! The worst insurance company ever. We’ve purchased furniture insurance for our Oakfurniterland furniture and our claim has been rejected as according to MB&G damage falls under ‘wear and tear’ section and table is only 8 months old. We’ve tried to explain that this is an accidental damage done by our son with no result. Complete scam and waste of money.

   I logged a claim for my dryer on 11.01.21 advising I am a carer for 2 vulnerable elderly ill people and need to wash and dry bedding daily.. I am still waiting for an engineer to be arranged.. Now this will not be until after 18.01.21.. Despite numerous calls and emails I am still waiting for an engineer to attend despite paying the excess immediately as per their request... Absolutely disgusted and disappointed despite their great sales pitch which reeled me in...

   Been waiting for these con artist to fix my ipad now for 9 months they told me there looking into it urgently and that there sending me pack out to return it 7 month ago,, absolute disgrace. Complain?? I want your company to do its job,, if you cant cover a claim,, your not not going to cover a complaint

   Avoid this scammers and liars. Do not even bother with any kind of insurance with them but if you do get offered one do not even bother to make a claim. You will only end up wasting time and money and your claim would still be rejected by someone bright brains . Avoid

   Was told by the dealer that this is supposed to be one of the better policies when we bought our £30000 motorhome. I was skeptical, but even with this view I was disappointed. The list of exclusions is long enough in itself but doesn't mention even more items which are unfortunately not covered. In my case it was the EGR valve which I'd never even heard of. MB&G have though - and it isn't covered. What a surprise. The company have a load of testimonials from happy customers but I'm not one. Next time I'll take the risk myself rather than paying good money for insurance then still having to fork out for any repairs
