We have just returned from our first ever cruise & stay that we booked with Sam at the Wigan Robin Park store. Sam was brilliant! Her cruising knowledge was fantastic, she was therefore able to give the best advice, and as a result we picked the perfect holiday and had an amazing time. Will definitely speak to Sam when we book our next cruise.

We have always booked our holidays with TUI, and always with Hayley Tickle. We have followed her from the Warrington branch to the Wigan Superstore. We know that we will always get the right holiday for us and the best advice when Choosing them. Hayley is so knowledgeable, helpful, professional and above all friendly. We even had to call her from our recent trip from Rome with an issue which she dealt with quickly and efficiently. The service we get goes above and beyond what other agents in other holiday stores would provide. TUI and Hayley are the absolute best for service and we wouldn’t use anyone else and much prefer the personal touch rather than online. We went into the TUI store at Robin Park in Wigan to get information and advice on booking a holiday next year (2024). We were introduced to Charlie who was quite knowledgeable with the places we were considering. We left with 3 destinations to consider and went back the next day for additional advice and ended up booking the holiday she recommended. Charlie was a very bubbly girl and provided great customer service.
