Have used ambassador travel twice to go to Haydock races cannot fault them friendly professional drivers always on time & very reasonable rates would recommend them highly

Dave the driver was excellent and communicated with us where he would pick us up and drop us off. We finished earlier than expected and he came and picked us up straight away, which was excellent as we had a group of 16-18 years old with us. Would recommend to others.
Did Norwegian fyords on 6th August 2022 boat was great really nice cabin excellent staff Food was ok but did a lot of fish dishes but would have preffered more meat dishes
What an excellent service delivered by Ambassador from the first minute enquiry to the drivers on the day. We had two minibuses to take us to Scafell Pike for a charity event. They were immaculate, punctual and the drivers were excellent. I hired a minibus from Mark last month to take me and my extended family on my daughter’s hen weekend. The drivers were professional and the buses were immaculate - absolutely would use again.
If could give 0 stars, I would. If you book with this company, expect to be left stranded. A group of vulnerable young adults were left stranded for 3.5 hours with no way to get home. No apologies and the driver was very abrasive. Won't be using them again and I recommend that no-one else does either.
