having booked our big holiday with Tui we decided to try their travel Insurance and Heather and the team at Widnes were fantastic (as usual) and sorted everything out for us. Can go away knowing all is well.
Me and my mates are booking a holiday and spoke to Victoria who was very helpful. We tried to book 2 groups of 8, we booked one group but someone else beat us to the other booking. Victoria was great in finding a solution and showed us similar hotels that suited our budget and we were able to put our deposit down.
Kerrie was brill and very bubbly and happy and sorted our holiday out with no fuss. She went the extra mile to make sure my elderly parents were looked after properly.
Excellent service, very friendly staff, spoke to a lady called Victoria, she was very insightful, made us feel at ease. We told her what we we are looking for and she gave us some great choices to consider, definitely coming back to book as soon as we've decided on the destination.
