   I first started therapy with Fadi Counselling two years ago, and within just a couple of months, my mental health improved significantly. After two years, I restarted my sessions this month during a very low point in my life. It took a lot of courage to book that first session again, and I’m forever grateful that I did. From the very first session, I felt so much more relieved and free. Fadi doesn’t just focus on the issue itself, she helps you find healthy ways to cope and truly improve your quality of life. Her calming energy makes you feel heard, seen, and genuinely cared for. I feel incredibly grateful to have found a therapist who feels so right for my soul. If you’re going through something that keeps bothering you, even if you tell yourself it’s “not a big deal,” but it’s still on your mind every day, I’ve been there.
