   I visited the store today. The young lady who attended me was very pleasant, thorough and professional. I was very impressed. A word of criticism though. The shop is large and cavernous. There were no other customers in the shop and a number of staff were shouting and laughing together across the room and the noise and echo was very distracting. It was difficult to hold a conversation with the sales person. I would suggest either soft furnishing throughout or a word in the ears of the staff

   I had an issue with TUI regarding excursion. I spoke to lady Lauren in Cheshire Oaks regards money refund and she very efficiently sorted out everything. She was very helpful and assisted in a very professional manner. Thanks for amazing work you did!!!!

   I would like to pass on my appreciation for Ellie at the TUI Cheshire Oaks Store who has recently helped me with flight changes made by Ryanair. The Ryanair portal was not working and I could not get anywhere with Ryanair which was stressful. I contacted the store and spoke to Ellie and explained my situation. From the beginning Ellie showed understanding and made me feel at ease and told not to worry and she would look into it for me. To Ellie’s credit she solved my problem although experiencing some difficulties along the way. My flights are now back on track and I can now relax knowing that if I have any further difficulties Ellie and your staff are only a phone call away. I am so pleased with Ellie and the service provided by the store and Ellie.

   Went into TUI Cheshire Oaks to try and get some questions sorted for our upcoming holiday, Shirley helped us, she helped sort out flights, transfers, queries about the airport and sorted excursions. Shirley couldn’t be more helpful and knowledgeable, got all of it sorted and reassured us. Now just to enjoy the wait till the holiday and have the best time knowing the finer things have been sorted by Shirley!!! If I could do more than 5 stars for Shirley I would!! If more companies had representatives like Shirley then we would be in a much better place!! Thanks again Shirley

   My Wife and i have just returned from TUI in Cheshire Oaks and the service was fantastic. We were welcomed by a Lovely lady on reception who took our enquiry and was very helpful. We then seen Shirley who booked our Cruise and she was amazing, so friendly and knowledgeable and she is a credit to the store. Thank you for making the booking of a Holiday so joyful and with such ease.

   Went in today to book a holiday and I got currency when was there. The staff were very friendly and professional. They couldn’t do enough to help us find our dream holiday. We even had a cup of tea while we were there. We will defiantly be returning for our next holiday. Thank you all again for making our experience so easy.
