   Very Unprofessitionl Team Member and Line Manager @ Isle of Dog Family And Children Centre team member also not very plassant as i felt the ton of comunication was really unpleasant and unprofessional to hear from her on the call with my self and wife. there is few people working there are rude ie i will say person on reception or administration dont no the name but her Manager name is Jess or Jessica i belive does not understand parents filling or nither aknowlege or come to any positive diligue or coumunication with empathy. came across very defensive from team memeber and her managment / Jess or Jessica is very unreasonable as i felt and they have decided to email health visitor that my beahavor was hostile which is totaly misrepresenting me they have reacted to somthing even not concern to them at all also made up story about me that i have been hostile as they feel which is totaly untrue and unreasonable towrds me very biest and does not want to listen to me or as a Parents / Father or Mother insted made up a story from no where and forwared to other proffesitional which was not relevent at all, i will say before you make any jugment call on some family matters please do your due diligence check and etablish the issue first before you come acoross and make alegation againts any parents which you did with in my case ( Team Member Manager name is : Jess Also she spoken to me and did not been partial at all only i felt she was trying to cover her team member bad bahavior and made up some story against me to cover her self also. i would make formal complaint against both individual also compalint to relevent chanel/ department to get some answers on miss represnting me made up story against me and my family also provide evidence or fact regarding concern you have raised with email cominication with other proffesinal.

   Brilliant, we have been in the centre this morning first time with my daughter for the children session. She adores the environment and toys there. Staff were very helpful and caring. They handled to us welcoming presents and they were smiling and friendly. I certainly recommend this nice place and we will be back soon. Thank you

   The space is lovely but the most of the staff are rude and couldn’t care less about being nice to parents. The center never replies to emails doesn’t answer phone, and it’s impossible to get book onto a course. There is only one baby changing facilities in the whole centre which is dirty. Our baby sessions were frequently cut short, and the staff showed no effort in leading the session. The space has so much potential but it seems to be wasted with little on.

   Amazing place for under 5s. Lots of outdoor space and really well set up for children to explore and play. Staff is lovely and well trained for child-led play. Developmentally, my kids have hit so many milestones thanks to playgroups here and I have grown as well as a parent joining in to play with them.

   The centre is the largest in the council. I haven't been to the other two but from mums that visited all of them I know. The staff is very supportive and helpful. The inside room is clean and full of fun toys, sounds and lights, the outside area is wonderful. Sandpit, large xylophone, drums, slide, balls, tricycles, push along cars, scooters, balance bikes, fun water activities. You can spend 90 mins fun time with your little ones for free. Do recommend it!

   It's a great place for infants and toddlers. The social activities for kids are amazing. Staff are very kind. Lots and lots of toys to play. Only 25 families allowed per session.

   Staff is very supportive and interactive. There are verities of toys and wide range of activities for kids. My daughter loves one and half hour play sessions. Highly recommend for toddlers.

   Fantastic children's centre. Great big space with lots of helpful and enthusiastic staff. Lots of activities to choose from, which are very popular. On a resident road so lots of parking nearby.

   The place is fantastic for kids. The staff is amazing. They have courses for parents, sections for under ones, general stay and play in the morning and afternoon, music section.... My son loves going there and so do I. .
