   With Dr Swift, I’m swiftly out. Changed my life within a few months of weekly therapy. I didn’t know who I was, I was suicidal and at the lowest point of my life. Dr Swift helped me understand myself in a way I’ve never been able to before. I’ve never felt as compassionate, or as open about, myself as I do today and I’m so glad I spent so much of my savings to undergo that process. Anyone who is able to, at least go for a consultation! No matter how dire you think your circumstances are, there genuinely is light at the end of the tunnel.

   I've been in therapy a couple times but it's easy for me to say Mike has been the best therapist I've had. He has quite a lot of experience. I worked with him on my OCD and I think it was probably one of the best decisions I've made. Can't imagine what type of direction my life would be in if I hadn't treated this OCD. It makes you think just the darnedest things hahahah :)
