   Absolutely rubbish. I came to a travel agent because I needed something specific due to medical needs of children. Nothing was found at the time so the person I spoke to asked me to send her ideas of the sort of thing we hoped for promising to find something for us, which I did. Weeks later, after repeated chasing, she replied to an email suggesting we go in. When we did she hadn't looked for anything herself, only brought up the links I had sent her weeks before. She hadn't checked if the rooms were suitable or found prices even for those. I was confused and assumed I had misinterpreted the email. I followed this asking her to let us know when she had suitable options to discuss. After doing so a couple of times over a couple more weeks I gave up and went elsewhere who got us the right thing within minutes. Hayes were a complete waste of our time.

   I was really excited to book my first abroad trip away to Orlando Florida for me and my partner for Halloween in Disneyworld and Universal. There was no issues to begin with when booking my holiday I had my Mother to help me. I was really excited and happy to book my holiday and the lovely lady helped me and my mother find the best deals and best hotel for the 2 weeks stay. After booking my holiday and finally paying it all off I had a nightmare when waiting for my tickets to arrive. They never arrived so I had to email the company regarding this issue. They emailed me over the tickets but however they were the incorrect ones. I was denied entry into Universal myself and my partner had to wait nearly half the morning in the park to wait to get into the park. 2 hours it took us to finally get entry into the park, whilst I was on the phone with my parents regarding the issues, they rang Hays Broughton but they weren't bothered about the situation. We felt we were left alone and had to sort the situation out ourselves with no help whatsoever off Hays. Finally we got into the park but wouldn't be booking through Hays Broughton again due to the lack off care and help from this company.

   Can’t recommend enough. Always so helpful and there to do the best they can. My absolutely to go to. They made our holiday amazing. We had a bit of trouble not knowing where our seats were on the plane on the way home so I called them and they found out everything and called me back and got it all sorted thankfully.

   I would leave a minus review if possible. I booked a cruise with this branch, no knowledge whatsoever which resulted in costing me an extra £2,000. After complaining to head office about them, they have all continued to lie. My complaint is now being escalated to abta. I would prefer never to go on holiday again than use this holiday operator.
