   I rang barnes worldwide travel on county road Liverpool about a holiday in September. There is spoke to a lovely lady called Wayne.she was very helpful and said she would look for me as I left her a couple of destinations i would like to go. So the next day I went into the travel shop.i spoke with Wayne were she had a couple of options. Then she looked even more were I was more than happy to accept the one which has suited me easily.so I do recommend that you do go to barnes worldwide travel and ask.they will find one for you u can honestly tell you that.my thanks to Robert.jayne and Daniella for their help over the past few years.thank you.mr.k.a.young....

   I have used Barnes travel for a long time.i ask them to look for a certain holiday destination in advance.in no time at all I got a phone call with details of a holiday and if I wanted it they would reserve it for me or I can pay a deposit over the phone.as always excellent staff and Robert the manager is on hand to help as well.therefore I would recommend Barnes travel to book a holiday because they will get what you have asked for.10..10.very knowledgeable staff.thank you to all.mr.kevin young.

   All well and good when they're taking your money. But then when you're having trouble, they won't help you in any way. I had to cancel my holiday due to going through a miscarriage. They wouldn't help me at all or even speak to me about cancelling/refunds. No compassion from a "family business". I've lost almost £2000 from booking with the them. My family who have went on their holiday are currently having a terrible time. Have been sold false information. Hotel is awful and tickets/transport that they have prepaid for are no longer valid so are having to pay for things they've already paid for due to failure in organisation on barnes' side. Honestly avoid this company. The packages and prices seem great at first but then you end up paying 10x more because they mess it up. The stress we've all had from using them is shocking. Avoid.
