The first time we used you, it was fine - include the recliam However the 2nd time you went right thru a long qre and then refused to give a policy. ...to add insult to injury (sic) kept reminded her by email that a policy was waiting to be accepted!!
As my wife and I are both in our 70s with medical conditions to cover we were pointed towards Insurewith by the internet. The application questionaire was less convoluted than some, and friendly staff answered any questions we had. The cover seems very good value but if we have any problems during our upcoming holiday we will report back.
Delighted and relieved to obtain insurance as we are 80 and husband has stage 4non-smokers lung cancer which is responding well to treatment. I understood why the medical screening was so thorough and can only hope we will be able get cover in the future
We were informed about and recommended to use Insurancewith by my daughter who has stage 4 cancer and uses them for travel insurance. We found the whole process of completing the application easy and were very surprised at the final cost due the pre-existing health conditions of myself and my wife. I was delighted to find clarity and reasonableness at Insurancewith. This is the second time I've used them for a trip to the USA, not least because the the premium attached to the coverage I really need - not stuff I don't - is fair. An added bonus is their Air Doctor service, a brilliant idea. Of course, I hope I don't have to use any of my policy - but if necessary, it will be there!
I'd almost given up trying to find an insurance company that weren't charging extortionate prices to insure my wife who has cancer. The majority were in excess of £1200. Then thankfully I found insurewith. Who gave us the insurance policy we required and at a price that is affordable. I spoke with a lovely lady called Marie who was more than helpful and very polite and friendly, and explained everything about the policy in detail. I had used Insurancewith a few years ago for my father to go on a cruise and the booking process was pretty simple. My father had existing medical conditions so I would recommend that you have a full list of any medication been taken and their purpose so that you can make the quote process as easy as possible. Please note that thankfully he didnt need to claim and therefore I cannot comment on their Service. I have recently used Insurancewith for a holiday to Caribbean. The booking process was again pretty simple but have your medical history ready before you start the quote process.
Insurancewith is the only medical travel insurance company that has very detailed and relevant questions that help assess your risk fully. This helps them to quote you the premium that beats all other companies. It provides with 3 types of quotes to choose from. You decide on your affordability, the acceptable excess and total level of cover. I have not tested them on their dealing with claims but I hope I will never need to. Hasnukh
I haven't gone on holiday yet but want to leave a review on my experience so far. I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and have seriously struggled to obtain travel insurance. Other companies either said no or wanted in excess of £1200 for a single trip. I found Insurance With via a friend who tagged me in another stage 4 breast cancer patient who uses this company. After filling forms in online, I had to call to obtain a quote. I spoke to a incredibly lovely lady called Deborah who helped me get a quote. This quote was a FIFTH the price of everywhere else and offered the same policy/product. Deborah understood my position, was extremely kind, compassionate and you could tell that she had customers best interests at heart - this speaks volumes about the companies ethos. Just because we are poorly with a vile disease and some of us are dying and want to enjoy what little time we have left, doesn't mean that companies can charge OBSCENE amounts of money. I actually work in cancer care at my local hospital and I've already made posters for my patients about this company and I have told my colleagues to also put this companies details out to be available to all cancer patients who come through out doors. I found this company via a search engine as I was looking for a specific type of travel insurance to cover my husband’s underlying condition.
