** WARNING** Scam of a company - Avoid them at all costs! I am absolutely shocked at the service from one answer insurance. They cancelled my policy within the 14-day cooling-off period, yet they still took £1,400 from my account without my consent. When I contacted them, I was told it would take up to 8 weeks to investigate my complaint and they have kept the money. This is completely unacceptable. I would strongly warn anyone even thinking about getting insurance with this company. Their handling of cancellations, refunds, and complaints is utterly disgraceful, incompetent, and infuriating. They refuse to put a name on their emails—cowardly and completely unaccountable. **Do not under any circumstances trust this company with your money or your motor insurance. Their behaviour is fraudulent and utterly unacceptable. I will be contacting all my fellow travel companies and the Financial Ombudsman Service to ensure everyone knows exactly how disgracefully this company operates.
I am never one to really write reviews, however, I cannot not express my gratitude towards Jack enough. This is just a small token to express my thanks. I have had regular calls with Jack regarding insurance. He has been ever so patient, understanding and always trying to offer best possible tailored service. We have been going back and forth regarding the insurance many times, one minute I am almost ready to take out insurance and then the next minute not due to multiple unforeseen circumstances - this has been going on for a while but he has been so polite and patient throughout. He's made the experience extremely positive, his customer service is outstanding, the way he explains things over again and again and he makes sure I understand everything, nothing felt rushed, he made the whole journey comfortable and I never felt pressured. He never pushed a sale either. He never got impatient, he didn't get fed up of me going back and forth, every time we called he was always just so friendly and it didn't feel like I was speaking to a sales person, it felt more like I was speaking to a friend who is giving me advice about insurance. It is very rare these days to come across someone like this, especially in sales, where everyone is usually pushing hard for sales. I commend Jack and he is an asset to the company, I would honestly recommend that the manager puts him in a more senior position or a pay rise because his level of customer service and the delivery of the service is outstanding. These guys are soooo annoying, they called me like 17times today , like if I want insurance I'll get it I don't need you calling me 100 times it'll only make me go to another insurance company... You guys are clearly in need of money
This Broker is very poor service you can’t get hold of them on the phone not even email about your documents and your policy this is unacceptable not reliable company not good customer service not good communication I ask every one to avoid this company
Appalling negligent service. Left disabled because of the constant FAILINGS from all parties involved. Over 150+ hrs of calls, attempting to find a resolve and access professional Medical and Legal assistance Fraudulent selling of Motor Legal products and cover. When needed, no management is available. Constant professional negligence. Theft of my Legal Cover. As it stands at present. AVOID, AVOID...AVOID.
Just got off the phone to a self entitled Karen. Her tone and behaviour was disgusting even though her professional communication was mentioned in the conversation several times. I actually called to update my policy so I could swap cars which turned into a heated conversation and blunt tones from the employee. I had to remind her several that I am the customer and also her temper should not be brought to work. Now I am going to spread awareness online as I have a social media platform which does very well and let my viewers know how great the service was today I'm sure everyone would appreciate Knowing this information. I have also read reviews from existing customers and clearly this is not an isolated incident so I will also be contacting ofcom to see if they can investigate. I have been a customer for over a year and after rhis I will not spend anymore money after this policy is completed.
