Excellent from start to finish. Took care to ensure our booking was just what we wanted. We have been using TUI in ormskirk for over 30 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Husband and I went into TUI ormskirk store today. Spoke with Lesley who was so patient with us and assisted us with a booking for next June. We then mentioned we are looking to book for September too. She didn't hesitate to help us look for a suitable destination This is the reason stores should stay open. 100% customer service from Lesley. You should send your staff on more educational trips to help customers with destination decisions.
Excellent service from Claire at Tui Ormskirk. She took my requirements and managed to exceed them, finding the same holiday with upgraded rooms for the same price. . No request was too much trouble. Thankyou Claire

Ten months ago I walked into TUI in ormskrk and met the lovely Claire.having never booked a holiday before and wanting to surprise my wife for her 40th birthday I was greeted with a warm smile and immediately felt at ease. Claire listened to everything I wanted and needed from our holiday and suggested Lindos we are in our tenth night here due to fly home tomorrow we have had an amazing holiday all TUI staff along our journey have been amazing food scenery hotel amazing! We can’t thank Claire enough and when we get back will be booking holiday no 2 with TUI

Always great, positive service. Nothing is ever too much trouble, we where very undecided on honeymoon destinations and Danielle has gone above and beyond to help me and my fiancé find the perfect honeymoon, even going as far as staying behind half an hour to make sure we had different options. After having such wonderful 5 star service, i would not put my trust in anyone else to find my perfect holiday. Definetly recommend using this TUI store and Danielle to find any future holidays, although all the staff have always been lovely.
Unfortunately had to visit this store to look at cancellation options after my partner was seriously ill. First lady was lovely, tried to help, but as booked online she explained there was little they could do. Her colleague from the bureau de change joined us. She explained about holiday insurance - which I hadn't taken at the time if booking. She insisted on telling me the benefits of taking it in future - I politely explained that at the current time, with my partner's diagnosis uncertain, I just needed to sort this booking. She proceeded to tell my that I should take insurance each time and that my arrangements "hadn't worked for me this time had they . . . " I was so shocked I wrote down her words immediately after u left the store. Nil points for customer service and empathy.
