   I have ETA's personal breakdown cover for my vehicle. Thankfully, I have never had to use it, but it is reassuring to know that it's there, if and when needed. What I can say, is if the breakdowns are handled as friendly and efficiently as the way their customer care team deals with enquiries (phone and online chat), then I know I’m in safe hands. I cannot fault the customer service.

   Amazing service, great customer care, they can't do enough for you. I've used them twice now on my mobility scooters and both times the phone was answered fast and they arranged recovery quickly and if I couldn't get in the recovery truck they would have arranged a taxi for me. Can't say enough about them, they even made sure I got home. Fantastic

   I can’t thank the ETA enough for rescuing us on what could have been a nightmare journey home from Calais. We were on our way to get the Eurotunnel back to the UK when disaster struck – a flat tyre, only a few miles from the tunnel, with three tired and restless kids in the back. The thought of missing our booked crossing and being stranded was horrible. However, from the moment I called, the service was fantastic. The operator was calm and reassuring, which was exactly what I needed at that moment. She took all the details quickly and told me help was on the way. True enough, the recovery vehicle arrived in less than half an hour. The mechanic was brilliant – he got straight to work and even took time to chat with the kids, putting them at ease while he sorted the tyre. Within no time, we were back on the road. What really impressed me was the level of care. The mechanic double-checked everything and thanks to his efficiency, we even made it to the tunnel with minutes to spare. Travelling alone with three kids can be stressful at the best of times, but this experience turned a potential disaster into just a minor hiccup. I couldn’t be more grateful for the swift, professional help we received. I won’t travel without this cover again. Highly recommended.

   Amazing service - our bikes were stolen from our garage amongst other things. What was a very distressing time, was made so clear and easy. The claims team have an online portal and respond to you very quickly, and they are really helpful. I was back out on my new bike within a week. Highly recommend cannot thank them enough.

   I've been with ETA for 6 years. They were very prompt on payouts for the time my bike was stolen and also for when I was mugged. Telephone customer service has generally been good. Would recommend them to anyone looking for ethical bike insurance.
