We booked a Carribean cruise at Tui Broughton Park today. Grace guided us through the whole process and was very helpful. She explained the different cruises available, providing information about the ships and suggestions for our choice of cabin etc. Lisa had been on the cruise we chose and gave us a great appreciation of what we can expect on board. All the staff at the shop were very friendly and we were very pleased to have booked our holiday.
Absolutely amazing experience and support from Lucie and Francesca at TUI Broughton. Tui had cancelled our holiday flight to Portugal next year and had not offered an alternative flight. Despite not booking through the store, they were more than happy to help. They were quick to find a solution and 'make things' happen. Fabulous service from TUI broughton. Booking with Lisa who really understood the ask, excursions booked with Lydia and a fabulous confirmation sit down with Olivia who managed to sort out all of our questions with such ease and professionalism. The customer service is the best I've had for a long time. This store is the reason I prefer to book my holiday with a travel agent nowadays, rather than going online. They're always happy to help and advise me on every aspect of my hols. Thank you for your time and patience and helping me and my friend arrange our special holiday. We'll be back for sure!

Grace was great help! My boyfriend and I were looking for a weeks getaway abroad and she helped us choose a location and was super friendly. Grace made us aware of flight times and where is best to go for our budget. She put in requests to the hotel so we didn’t have to pay extra, and though none of our discounts worked (ie Airbus, Blue Light or NHS), Grace was able to get some more money off for us. Called in today to book a cruise. We were referred to Liz who is their cruise specialist. Liz could not of done enough for us. She was very helpful informative and friendly. We discussed everything we wanted and a couple of our concerns which she sorted out for us straight away. Highly recommend Liz who gave us excellent customer service. I visited the store just a few weeks ago to get a last minute trip organised. I didn't have a plan where or a fixed date but the staff were exceptional. The manager, Francesca was particularly brilliant who helped me find the right kind of location and with all the required perks I asked for as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is searching for a holiday.
