   Awful service on the foreign exchange. I asked to exchange £200 into euros and firstly was advised that they offer the best rates in the area which is lie asa afterwards I discovered that they have the worse rates. As I was only exchanging a small amount I continued with the transaction after been provided with the rate. What they don't tell you is there is a £5 charge for the transaction and it is not shown anywhere on the exchange counter. When I questioned this after I had handed over my money, I was told 'its on the receipt'. What, you tell me there's a charge after the transaction thats only communicated to me on the receipt, again after the transaction has taken place you tell me there is a charge!!! Isn't that illegal and more so totally immoral? I think it's a disgusting way to run a business expecially in these difficult times, they are just preying on the vulnerable. Shocking people who should be ashamed of themselves for using such deceitful tactics on its trusting customers. Avoid, avoid and again avoid!!!!
