   I walked into this shop today with so much trepidation. Unsure about whether I was actually going to travel soon, or delay again :) Its 9 years since I've been home. This beautiful team of people at the Birkenhead shop are simply marvellous. Liam dealt with our booking personally, with efficiency, professionalism and compassion ( and with much humour).    Booked with Helen in store in March she was really knowledgeable and helpful and found us a fab deal to Corfu. I was gutted when our holiday had to be cancelled and worried we would lose our money it was a nightmare when thomas cook went bust but it was no trouble Helen made some suggestions for next May and rebooked us so we didnt lose anything and havent had to wait for refunds. Lauren has arranged my grandmas some help at the airport for next year and we didnt have to pay any more to change our holiday and the girls said that we can call in when the shop is open for a gin, me nan loves gin.    I was drawn into Perfect Getaways, Birkenhead by the attractive and welcoming shop front display. Being new to holidaying abroad and wanting to book a last minute getaway with my daughter, I was anxious to find just the right thing at the right price. Sherie, my advisor, was perfect!
