I am so happy that my grandchild saw a doctor in Oaktree. Dr Rafi was lovely and put our minds to rest. She has a human approach that I have not seen in many other clinics. We felt that she was listening to her and us. The treatment was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend this place.
I had a very distressing experience with Dr Meetu. I felt dismissed, gaslighted, and spoken to in a rude and unprofessional tone when trying to explain my situation. She even told me to delete my honest review, which made me feel pressured and uncomfortable. During my appointment, she said she felt “threatened” and questioned the benefit of a diagnosis, which left me feeling deeply disrespected and triggered. I did not feel treated with dignity or compassion.
I have been under the care of Dr Singh and Oaktree connect for an adult ADHD diagnosis, they have been so helpful and accommodating, answering any questions ive had, any help that i need they are there and the process is so easy and has made such a difference already in my life! their prices are amazingly reasonable for the service! thank you!
I have been with Oaktree Connect for several months now. I decided to go private after struggling with my mental health for 20 years. I have seen many psychiatrists but Dr Singh has been the only one to give me a diagnosis that fit all my symptoms. Since starting medication my symptoms have greatly improved. I've found OakTree clinic to be very helpful. My Doctor diagnosed me in one session and has been helping me find the correct treatment for a few months now (would have been a quicker process, but I took a break over a month or two). She is very knowledgeable and understanding and I feel confident in her ability to help me get the treatment I need to improve my life. I will say I have found the admin lacking in the past, but have found more recently that if you email and are clear about what you require, they can be very helpful.
My TMS treatment has helped me free myself from regular depression medication. It was lengthy but not too time consuming, and the headaches are manageable.
A complete shambles! Incorrect medication prescribed this month , also went several days with no medication due to clerical issues! Had the same problem last month, after complaining about being prescribed the wrong dosage I was informed to just pay for another review session ! I have decided to move my titration to a new clinic which is a shame as my psychiatrist was good. They have some serious admin issues and the customer service is ridiculous! I can see from the other reviews that I made a poor decision deciding to have treatment here!
The only frictionless process with the Oaktree clinic was booking the initial appointment. After that I had to make numerous interventions to get the Oaktree Clinic to pursue my diagnosis and prescription. Sometimes after they had explicitly told me they had forwarded test requests to my local GP or medication orders from their online supplier without having done so, leaving me in Limbo while waiting for information which would never arrive until I sorted out their communication issues myself. I also did not feel I had been properly understood during the diagnosis process. When I asked for my medical records so that I could take them to a new clinic to continue my treatment in a more orderly fashion, they tried to charge me £125 - more than the value of a full day of work for me or ten minutes for one of their admin staff, to prepare information about me already generated at my expense. Unfortunately I could not recommend you spend your money with the Oak Tree Clinic.
Please avoid this clinic at all costs they are extremely unprofessional they mis sold a family member of mine an extremely expensive treatment with scare tactics which was not needed and actually made her condition worse. When a complaint was made the clinic stopped treatment and refused to treat the patient any further leaving her in a terrible mental state. The clinic are now being taken to court as they refused to refund the money they had taken. The reviews on this page show this isn’t the first time this scenario has happened. This clinic needs to be avoided and hopefully will be closed down in the not too distant future.
