   We visited the store to book our holiday. We were greeted by Sharon in a very pleasant and professional way , we explained what we wanted which was easy as we had booked our last holiday at Wrexham store we returned to that store as the all the people who work there are so welcoming and the store is very clean . Sharon explained everything to us , answered our questions was extremely genuine and open. Sharon was very helpful advising us on the Tui app and if we wanted to know anything else just to call or ring them . I have visited other Tui stores but I find the Wrexham store the best all round they go above and beyond . Excellent customer and friendly service. Updated 15/11/2025 We have visited the store today due to a change to the holiday. This is reiterate that the store goes above and beyond for customer service. Many thanks to Kelly and Donna who are very professional and are doing a excellent job. Highly recommend this store for personalised service.

   A very big thanks to Kelly for all your help yesterday. We had our TUI cruise to Croatia cancelled two days ago due to atrocious weather there our plane couldn't land in Dubrovnik and we had to divert to Zagreb. The only alternative was to be flown back to east midlands airport after 12 hours on the aircraft. We're pleased to say Kelly has helped us to rebook another cruise this time to Cyprus for a very good price. We are now looking forward to the end of this month and competing our holiday without any further problems. XX

   We went into the Wrexham store unsure of what dates/hotel we wanted to choose for going to Mexico due to price and not being sure what hotel would meet our requirements. Beth was extremely helpful and went to great efforts in finding a great hotel at a better price than we found online due to amending the dates and the duration of the holiday. If we hadn’t gone into the store we would have been completely stuck whereas we ended up booking the holiday in store by going in!

   I cannot thank Donna enough for sorting out the automated Tui company cancellation of my November holiday in India which I booked in March and had fully paid. Donna was able to rearrange things so that I am still able to travel on my original date but will now stop for a few days longer. I am a very satisfied and grateful customer.
