   Wet to the Birkenhead branch and met Katrina. We had an idea about our Asia trip but not sure. Katrina put a few ideas over then we left her to put something together. WOW she exceeded everything we had thought of. The trip which includes a Singapore Cruise in the middle is a trip of a lifetime and Katrina has looked at everything we wanted and came up with something better. Thank you for all you done and will definitely be seeing you again.

   Love walking into Barrhead in Birkenhead, always greeted by fabulous friendly staff, I have always booked with either Claire or Ant as their knowledge of destinations, resorts and hotels is vast and evident and no search to find my my perfect holiday is ever too much. If you are looking for an travel agency to take care of your holiday from start to finish then I highly recommend this store. They do the hard work for you.

   Was ill advised when booking a holiday last year and was told that we had a 14 day cancellation period and refundable deposit. We decided 2 days later to cancel as flights had doubled. Surprise surprise we cancelled but no refund. We’ve now had an email telling us to pay the remainder of the holiday as they hadn’t cancelled it when we asked them to. To say we are furious is an understatement and we are still waiting on a call back despite 4 calls from ourselves today. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND BARHEAD TRAVEL and be assured I will take this further if I have to.
