   This was by far the dirtiest and most unpleasant hotel experience we have ever had. When we first entered our room, it smelled strongly of feces. The toilet still had visible stool stains, and on top of that, cockroaches were crawling around everywhere. Even worse, the bed was covered with hair from previous guests. We immediately reported all of this to the staff and asked for our room to be properly cleaned. After leaving for three hours, we returned only to find that nothing had been done—the room was still in the exact same filthy condition, with hair everywhere, cockroaches present, and the bed linen still smelling terrible. After complaining again, a female cleaning staff member came to change the sheets in front of us. However, she was walking around barefoot, and during the process the blanket touched the floor and even brushed against her feet before being placed back on the bed. The toilet still had visible remains from the previous guest, so I had to clean it myself. When I pointed this out, the cleaner just looked at me dismissively. We complained once more at reception and requested a refund because we wanted to leave immediately. Not only was no refund offered, but we were also not provided with a clean room. We therefore checked out and booked another accommodation elsewhere. Unfortunately, since we had booked through Booking.com, we did not receive any reimbursement. This hotel was unacceptable in every way: dirty, unhygienic, infested with cockroaches, and run in an unprofessional manner. I would strongly advise anyone against staying here.

   Very unclean bathrooms - we found a previous guest's toenail in the filthy bathmat, and there was grime and limescale everywhere. Hairs in the bathroom and on the bedding. Very noisy in the night, including people taking phonecalls in the corridors. The room was small and needed upgrading - this wouldn't usually bother us but I cannot forgive how unclean it was sadly. I suspect a lot of the 5 star reviews are not from genuine guests as they are all very similar and do not reflect the experience we had there. Really would not recommend unfortunately.

   We stayed here 1st for 2 nights before going to Scotland but upon return from there we preferred to stay again here and spent another 4 nights. location is simply amazing just step-down and you are in access to everything food shopping streets walking and all kind of transportations. just simply 5 stars for everything. Staff are very friendly and polite. will stay here upon my every visit.

   Location good and customer service is great. Downfall is its extremely noisy not just because of the main road, but there is a motor running all night long every few minutes causing lots of noise. The room doesn't have hot water all day it is at times throughout, even shower doesn't have hot water at times. Rooms are quite small but you get what you pay for Overall ok good hotel but the noise is very annoying, apart from road noise the motor is really annoying. The rooms are quite cold in evening the heater is not on so we had to ask for heater at reception . The service is great doh really nice lads very helpful

   For the price it can’t be beaten it is a budget hotel but the bedding was spotless the bed was comfy tele and tea making facilities in the room plenty of sockets for charging overall a decent stay. My only gripe is shared bathroom and shower facilities but these were kept clean and well stocked so it isn’t a negative just be prepared to share. The area the hotel is located is amazing too loads of shopping opportunities very fairly priced food places and connections to central London are easy from Southall station.
