   I get the room until 12. No ifs, or buts. If I have the do not disturb sign on the door, GO AWAY AND DONT BOTHER ME. Hotels 101. Also breakfast not up to standard.

   A lovely scenic place, you do have to be able to drive though. Very friendly staff, the beds are so comfortable you don't want to get up. I had a family room as I was here with children, choice of breakfast was outstanding, 1 child eats free if one adult pays full price. Tea and coffee making facilities good, if you run out you can pick up more in reception. The restaurant and pub is immaculate, a very warm and cosy environment, staff there very friendly, overall a lovely 2 night stay, would highly recommend.

   The location was good and the setting pleasant. We booked a twin room and they had only given us a double but did change no problem. The room was very clean and decent. The bar closed at 11pm which we were a little disappointed about.

   I am a regular Premier Inn user. Rooms and general environs need updating, looking neglected. Expected high standard of cleanliness and service in evidence. On request my room was changed due to the strong paint like smell. All done competently by staff. Having stayed recently at another site, this is not the usual standard I have experienced. Hopefully Premier Inn have plans to update and bring breakfast in house as with other sites before I stay again.

   Excellent one night stopover for attending an event at Brooklands. Room was clean, comfy and quiet; bed huge with a great mattress; staff friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. What's not to like? Highly recommended.

   Our stay at the Premier Inn was quite enjoyable! The person who checked us in was friendly, though there was a slight language barrier I felt when trying to ask questions about vehicle safety. The family room was very spacious, even with 3 beds in it. The beds were really comfortable as well. I would have liked a lift though.

   While the location is great and the view stunning the rest of my stay wasn't as satisfying. There were only two staff members, who were expected to service all 50 rooms. I was really looking forward to having a relaxing, hot bath. This wasn't possible as the water was only warm, something about the boiler that keeps tripping. The room itself was clean and the bed rather comfortable. The TV wasn't working as it needed to be connected to the Internet, but when I asked reception, they didn't know. Trying to get hold of the reception was another story... I used my phone to call them, but they didn't pick up, when I went downstairs I was told that there's something wrong with their phone. Don't plan on a lie-in before breakfast, as breakfast ends at 08:45, also disappointing. One would expect for £72 (without breakfast) that the service would be a little better or at least have hot water for a decent bath. I might add, the breakfast was good. The restaurant isn't part of the hotel.
