Busy little place, returned late afternoon when there was no queue. Was seen straight away. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
We went into Tui as we needed to swap our holiday. Ian couldn't have been more helpful in accommodating our requests. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend!

All I can say is that I had 5 star treatment from start to finish when booking my latest holiday. I have been saving for years for my dream holiday to the Bahamas to go swimming with pigs. Deborah has personal knowledge of this as she has done it herself, so advised and helped me book it all with her expert knowledge. Everything was so easy, from choosing the best dates, the hotel that suited us the best, and even the excursions. When I was wanting to book seats on the plane together she looked into it to make sure it was open to do so, and sent me all the information I needed to do it. The service provided is second to none!!

Erin Barton at Southport Tui was great in finding a holiday in Disneyland Paris that should be amazing. She provided guidance to make sure I saved a little money here and there whilst recommending the best options to provide an unforgettable experience for my 3 little girls who have never been abroad. Lovely staff in the office, super friendly and attentive.
Really lovely girls in the shop, so helpful, very friendly, make you feel at home as soon as you walk in! Think the ladies name was Erin and there was Nicky (in the foreign currency) and Moy.
Can never fault the staff in the store. Always smiling and pleasant. Give great advice and have always resolved any little problems they may crop up. I wouldn't book my holiday with any other store. Fantastic
