I'm appalled. I came here with my two young children to try and book a holiday for the summer next year. When I opened the door of the shop the staff inside were singing and dancing around quite loudly and ignoring us. I had to leave and go to a different travel agents. Unprofessional work ethic will not be returning.
What can i say :), the girls in HaysTravel Wallasey are amazing. I rate them 5*, they are very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, i would never book anywhere else.
Booked a holiday with Mollie who was absolutely superb and gave such professionalism and expertise in assisting booking my holiday for myself and my partner. She was very lovely and very professional in helping booking and answered any questions I had to ask. I would highly advise Mollie is a fantastic person to speak with in assisting booking your holiday!! :)

What lovely staff, with friendly smiles. Michelle waa amazingly patient with me and my booking. Explained everything at each step. Really clear and made something I was very anxious about, actually comfortably easy and anxiety free. As a disabled traveller, with no carer, and an ASD teenager with me; Obviously I was quite scared of travelling: But, I feel much more secure about it now, and can finally start getting excited instead. Would/will definitely use this company again

Nice shop, friendly staff but algarve holiday wasnt suitable VILLA NOVA in Albufeira... Some beautiful places to stay in that area but this ain't one of them!!!!!
