Stayed here for a short 2 day trip in May 2025. The highlight of the place is its connectivity to the airport and Hatton cross tube and bus station. The rooms are a bit cozy, but its value for money. The breakfast buffet had limited options, but the food amenities were clean and well maintained. Given the large group we were traveling with, the staff was polite, understanding and accommodative for our requests. I enjoyed my stay here.

We were allocated this hotel when our flight was cancelled. We chose it because it was 4* however… it’s not amazing. The food provision was poor, the ambience eerie and the breakfast bags for take out filled with random items which were not in good condition. Would I choose to stay here ever again? Absolutely not. One positive was that the room was quiet despite being directly beneath the flight path. Despite being on the airport boundary road, we were still charged £26 for a taxi to the terminal. I do wonder if it would have been cheaper to book a cab directly instead of using the machine in their foyer. I wish I’d chosen the 3* well known budget brand instead. At least I would have known what was coming and the food would have been better. It couldn’t have been much worse!

Enjoyed my stay here with my friends. Staff are very nice and friendly. They stored our luggage and gave us early access to the room that we booked. Spa and gym were clean and quiet. Rooms are decent size. Very fresh smell also helpful staff.

I stayed for one night at the Atrium Hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the hotel room. It's very spacious and comfortable. This is a convenient and reasonably priced hotel if you have a stopover in London and are flying out of Heathrow the next day -- you'll get to your terminal from the tube station across the street in less than 15 minutes, taking the Piccadilly line. The room did come with tea and coffee, which I appreciated. The toiletries, however, were a little amusing. I recall one review comparing the soap to a pebble. I didn't know what they meant, until I took a shower and tried to use the small, round and very hard soap! It wasn't a big issue, just a little funny. A hot breakfast buffet was included in my stay. Staff worked hard replenishing the food and cleaning tables in the huge banquet room. But the sheer crowds of people having breakfast made for a chaotic and extremely busy scene. Expect to spend some time with your plate searching for an available table and navigating the crowds. All in all, however, the Atrium Hotel offers good value for money and convenience for Heathrow passengers.

Now filled with asylum seekers where they get access to 5 star gym, pool, sauna and steam room. Shame uk gov can't help the thousands of homeless in our own country and give them the same privileges. The young men all congregate in the car park and I can always smell a stench of weed walking past!!! We are definitely in end times.

Quality of the hotel has gone down hill just from walking by it don't even bother going near it, you can try to report this review like you've done others for "Not experiencing the Hotel" but when the outside looks like a council estate compared to before this whole ordeal it says enough. Overpopulated as clearly seen from the people hanging outside at any time of day pretty much. Good luck doing business in the future

Enjoyed our stay here prior to our holiday. Room was comfortable and we were lucky to get one overlooking the runway. Staff were polite and efficient; From the moment we entered the hotel the staff were attentive. The hotel itself is amazing!! Very nice décor. Clean bathroom and the shower is really nice. Great location for Heathrow Airport & to reach central London. Will use again.

Last night of quarantine from a red list country and this hotel was superb! From the minute I stepped in, everyone has been very accommodating. I arrived around 6 pm and was given a menu to choose from despite the last-minute notice. As with any hotel during the pandemic, the menu has 3-4 options (with halal and Indian food options each time) for lunch & dinner. Breakfast was the same (cereal, milk, pastry, fruit, yogurt, egg/bacon/vegetarian roll) but can’t fault the hotel for that as they are catering to hundreds if not thousands of travelers from red list countries all over the world. The room was equipped with air conditioning, a bathtub, television, mini-fridge, kettle, blow dryer, and some toiletries (shampoo, bar soap, liquid soap). You can also request washing soap etc if needed. The window opens slightly (just enough to let air circulate) and the view is beautiful - kept me sane and entertained to people watch and enjoy the small breeze from outside. I stayed in my room throughout my stay but had a few things delivered - arrived at my room promptly. Security was quick to pick up the phone for any queries I had as was the reception. Overall, I felt very safe and will even go so far as to say that I enjoyed my stay here. It was really nice to be able to relax and live a slow-paced lifestyle, especially following the rigorous process of flying in. The hotel’s good reviews are as accurate as they can be and if you have been allocated to this hotel you can consider yourself lucky and put your mind at ease as you’ve got a nice, safe, and relaxing 11 nights ahead of you!

The hotel is only few minutes away from the airport and you cannot miss the hotel for its unique look!!The staff was super friendly and accommodating. When it comes to meals, they offer you just what they promised you. Also, if you have any dietary needs, they will adjust them. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Room was super with amazing view to the airport. Bed was cozy, closet, work station and the bathroom was tidy and neat.
