We recently went into Tui Birkenhead very anxious after such a bad holiday experience last year. We sat with Louise who listened to everything we wanted and didn’t want in a holiday. She asked lots of questions about things we hadn’t even thought about. Louise found the most incredible holiday for us, it literally ticks every single box and more! We are so excited! Cannot recommend Tui Birkenhead enough and especially Louise!
I booked a long haul holiday today with TUI at the Birkenhead store. Louise was the agent who helped us and she was really helpful, positive and engaging. She made us feel comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and polite. It was so much easier going into the store to book a holiday rather than doing it online as any questions I had were answered straight away. If you are looking to book a holiday I highly recommend going in to the Birkenhead TUI store and speaking to Louise or her team.
Just booked a holiday to Disneyland Paris with Louise. Louise is a Disney expert so was able to answer any questions I had and give me lots of advice. She took her time to go through different options with me and helped me narrow it down to suit my family. Louise was very patient and as well as helping to book my holiday, entertained my little boy too! We have booked our holiday with ease and are excited to go!
