   I have only fond memories from the experience of being guided and mentored by Fiona of Work Wellness. She was my Occupational Therapist in a previous life. Her understanding and humour was inspirational and was key to getting my career and life back in order. She is exceptionally easy to talk to and she is a great listener, always ready to sit down, have a cup of tea and listen to your troubles, which always resulted in great words of wisdom and small steps to follow to help in my mental wellness. No time was ever a bad time. It was inevitable that my mental and physical wellbeing improved with her watchful eye and continued encouragement. Thank you Fiona.

   Today I've had my 1st follow up review for my Heart & Mind Health Check. Fiona set me some tough targets last year after a bit of an eye opening consultation. It was brilliant to see the difference in my follow up review today. The consultations are very professional and she makes you feel at ease whilst also giving great advice on ways to improve your results.
