This was my first time attending one of Laura’s Divine Doodle classes. I throughly loved and enjoyed! It was great to sit in such a safe, nonjudgmental space with encouraging prompts and ideas. For me it was a big step to pursue private counselling, as I thought my recurring thoughts was just a part of who I was. I didn't realise that by talking about them and understanding them that I could feel better. Laura listened and let me talk releasing thoughts that had been there for over 50 years. Laura seemed to understand that during the time where her client felt fragile everything becomes a big deal and treats those issues with soft words of encouragement. She gave me new perspectives and helped me to understand the underlying issues. After only three sessions I came to realise that I was now strong enough to deal with these. I will always be grateful to Laura for helping me and would recommend her to anyone looking to move forward and maybe don't have anyone else to talk, get rid of those negative thoughts.
