Hotel rooms are quite shabby and long overdue refurbishment. The restaurant feels like a works canteen, very poorly furnished and the decor feels dated. Food was OK but the chef added a tomato sauce to my steak which was not on the menu and not requested. Free parking is a bonus and the location is perfect for events in Wembley or trips into the City.

Basic, reasonably priced, clean and comfortable. Just what I needed at the time. Room was big. Shower very powerful. Check in was smooth as was check out. Good location, near to the stadium/arena/shopping/tube station.

The rooms are old, shoddy, dirty, a hole in wall to outside where portable AC to connect. Pillows ancient, mattress are ancient and when you sit on it your butt hits the bottom. The first room, as we complained and were moved, was even dirtier, the heater unit didn’t work, the lamp shades I thinks were from the 1970’s and falling apart, curtain hem was hanging down, walls scraped and dingy, look like never wiped down, yellow mold in shower tiles, the smallest TV’s. The most ancient ironing board setup ever seen, broken safe, cots folded in room shouldn’t even be usable and some had old dried blood staining on them. Hallway carpets filthyand worn out. The walls in hallways are dirty. All furniture old, dated. Dirty laundry is outside in hallways on floor at each room still at 3 pm. Broken items . Rooms not cleaned well. It’s dirty, and gross and completely worn out. Definitely. Not like on the website. Soooo disappointed. Will NEVER recommend. The poor desk clerk was very nice and tried to be accommodating , poor bloke.

Brilliant location for Wembley stadium and underground station. Lidl and McDonald 5 mins away. Quick check in and polite Staff. Room was spacious but dated. Although can't really complain on cleansines. Bed sheets were clean as so it was bathroom. Good continental breakfast. Big advantage is thier free carpark! Definitely will use again.

Stayed 1 night for a quick trip to see starlight express. Location is great as very close to theatre, train station, Boxpark and stadium. Chose this hotel over premier inn as it was half the price. It's basic, but on others recommendations, as its clean, we were happy to go ahead. Unfortunately I would not recommend and I would not stay again. The mattress was cheap, you could feel the springs and the base when you laid down. The shower was hot, but not powerful, just did the job. Uht milk in cartons was actually off!!! So goodness knows how old that was for it to go off. And like the other reviews it's overall appearance is very tired and dated. Personally I would recommend you pay more for a premier inn, as it's worth the money for a good night's sleep.

Friendly staff, good dinner servings. Breakfast could have more choice. I'm principle the interior and bathrooms are dated but we being a family with 2 kids had a comfortable and clean room and were happy with the service, friendliness of staff and overall experience. The fashion outlet, stadion and underground as well as supermarkets are nearby in a walkable distance. Enjoyed the stay and can recommend.

Amazing place to stay for any event in Wembley. The price is fantastic for the room you get. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'm disabled and I stay often in hotels. The accessible room is on the ground floor and has everything you need.

Stayed here over the weekend and it was a pleasant experience. A little dated but a great price and did what we needed it to do - provide a bed after a gig. Very close to Wembley arena which was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Definitely won't be staying here again. I booked this hotel as it was the cheapest (at £135 for one night! And the closest to the arena). What a waste of money! The person who booked us in was rude and not very welcoming, but the moment the manager turned up was completely different. We went to our room to see a hands/face prints along the wall, spears along the mirrors, food/drink marks along the walls and part of the carpet was damp. When we told the manager about this and attempted to show him pictures, not one apology, just gave us another key card and told us to look at a room and see what we want. The next room was better, not by much though! This hotel is very dated and it's cleanliness is disgusting. I have stayed in way better hotels in this area for cheaper. Definitely would not recommend this place at all, especially for £135 a night!!

Medium quality hotel, suffering from age (aren't we all!) and a broken window visible from outside didn't have a good look. However the room was good. Clean carpet and sparkling white cotton sheets. Iron and ironing board, tiny TV, kettle, 2 cups and a few packets of tea, instant coffee. Air conditioning good, if noisy. Huge bathtub with excellent water pressure, also for the shower. No hairdryer. Bedding was wonderful also towels, 2 good quality per person. Lacking was definitely a fridge. Location was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again, and hopefully avail ourselves of free continental breakfast offered by booking on hotel's own website rather than an agency.
