Totally disappointing experience. The hotel shares its car park with a shopping area called Wembley Square, with very poor signage. Finding where to park is chaotic. I paid for early check-in, yet on arrival the reception staff did not know whether any rooms were ready. Very poor organisation. When entering the room, the smell was unbearable: a clear mix of cigarette smoke from previous guests and an overpowering air freshener. Cleanliness is unacceptable: the bed was dirty, the coat rack was covered in dust, the TV was full of fingerprints, the capsule coffee machine does not work, the desk lamp does not work either and, to make matters worse, there was a broken cigarette inside the bathroom sink. I booked a room for two guests and there was only one small towel, which is hard to understand. On top of that, there was constant noise at night: guests shouting in the corridors, doors slamming and banging late at night, with no control. I came to spend Christmas with my daughter and the experience was very unpleasant. Very disappointing hotel. I do not recommend it and I will not return.

Great location. Unbelievably foul hygiene. The room is in an excellent location for transport into London. You can park cheaply in a car park which is all but directly connected to the hotel. Unfortunately, the hotel itself is foul. I paid for the upgraded second floor room. The bedroom stank of sweat and the bathroom reeked of urine. Neither of those adjectives are an exaggeration in any way.

Be careful of this Hotel. I had two bad experiences with them. Now recently they have already taken my money on 25/11/25 for my stay that is only on the 13/11/25 and although I had taken the opition of free cancellation by paying for it. So I could cancel, I did however cancel to find that they are not refunding my amount of Β£206 and there is not a proper email address or phone where you could get a proper answer from them. I am so very upset with this and I must try and get the authorities on them. Please be careful and do not get trapped like me.

Stayed one night in an accessible room as my partner uses a wheelchair. On arrival the lift in the entryway was out of order. Managed to get ourselves up the 6 steps in but at reception the employee was rude and inappropriate. A word of advice to any service workers if you're inconveniencing guests the first thing you say should be apologies not excuses. First he told us we were warned about the broken lift beforehand. We were not. Second he told us we weren't warned because we didn't tell them we needed it. Again, we booked an accessible room with a wheelchair. After that he just mumbled a lot and never said much of anything. No apology given until the following morning. Room clean but too hot with the loudest old fan imagineable, and beds tiny. Location great but if you have any access needs I recommend you look elsewhere as they can't be relied upon!

I was here on business and overall my stay was very good. It is easy to find, although as I was in a vehicle I had to parkin the adjacent car park which, using the Hotels website's description, was a little confusing but maybe that was just me and next time it will be a whole lot easier. You ask for a ticket with a QR code and then when you go back to the car park to pay, in the morning, you scan the QR code and it reduces the price to Β£6, which, for London. I thought was a very good price. You enter at the rear of the hotel and slightly weirdly you enter a lobby, go to the lifts at the back and get the lift up to reception. At night you have to scan your room card to enter the lobby but not evening and when I came back there was somebody just sitting on the floor. The reception was great and booking in went smoothly. I went to my second floor room which overlooked the shopping square, which after 1700hrs was fairly quiet and caused no problems. The room was excellent, clean, tidy and exactly as you would expect, with only one slight negative... the toilet needed bleaching or a thorough clean, you could still bad discolouration. There is no loss of star rating as the room was still excellent. After a good sleep I went for breakfast which was adequate, no great complaints other than there is always a coffee machine but Travelodge allows only hot water to be dispensed, which is just a bit mean, considering I paid nearly Β£11 for it.

In my lifetime I’ve visited and stayed in many travelodges across the country. This has to be the worst of them. I had an infestation of ants in my room, when I went to notify the staff they didn’t seem to care. I have a phobia of ants therefore I had to check out almost immediately! The room was in poor condition. In there morning, the day I left for checkout there was a group of men walking around outside of my window, I guess they were surveyors of some kind. They were rather loud and i couldn’t get any sleep. Also the people next door complained of the noise but I wasn’t making any. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Travelodge. I will never return here again.

We visit this hotel very often, this time it lets us down. Although the room was looking clean the bathroom wasn’t. You could see genital hair on the floor. They haven’t even replaced the toilet paper from the previous guests. It’s was half a roll. Very disappointing. The breakfast wasn’t good too. The food was cold. The hash browns were burnt outside and raw inside, the same with the bacon. Some of them were burnt (you could break a tooth) and some uncooked. On the other side, location is convenient.

Best experience at a Travel Lodge in London. Coffee machine with 2 pods, hot chocolate, kitkat bars on arrival made me feel welcome. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom looked new and clean. Had a good night sleep. Would love to visit again. Noise levels might be a bother for others as it's right above tube station. But it also means you are on Wembley high street near to lots of food options.

Great location to get on the tube to go to the main part of London. Hotel is newly refurbished. Everything was great. Highly enjoyed staying here. Close by is plenty of food and gym options and a short 20 minutes walk to Wembley arena and surrounding attractions. Veneta was extremely helpful in helping me rebook the room. I regret not staying a few more days.
