For a private facility, it is worse than most NHS surgeries I've been to. IT systems down for days, very difficult to get hold of anyone over the phone. All departments I've dealt with have a high number of incompetent people, or people who just don't listen. I've been passed around on phone menus about 8 times with no success just trying to get a copy of a scan. They made me come in to get it and wound up giving me the wrong thing I hadn't asked for. They have no centralised system of management, you are forced to chase up and chase up and chase up with no help. The consultant I saw messed me about with an inadequate diagnosis and ultimately told me there was nothing he could do, a second opinion proved that the path suggested was very wrong and that the month+ of delays I experienced ruined my chances of recovery. I'm done trying to get care here.
