   Avoid , as it’s stressful and not worth ruining your trip! Do not book here. Our reservation was cancelled while we were standing in the lobby, then staff lied and said it “wasn’t showing up.” They were rude, dismissive, and refused to help. Other guests were experiencing the same thing at the same time, so this is clearly a pattern. Left us without a room after traveling and caused major stress. Untrustworthy and unprofessional.

   BOOK WITH CAUTION FOR EVENTS. Back in September we booked this hotel for the Coldplay concert and like many other who's have left a review here - we got to the hotel and Vishal on the desk at reception told us our booking had been cancelled. We had no emails or communication prior to this from the hotel itself or the booking platform. Nothing was said from the staff or OYO Rooms when contacted about the situation. Fortunately, we have been given a full refund by Hotels.com. Please take caution when booking this hotel, especially for a busy event.

   It seemed too good to be true, £90 a night in London right next to the venue. What’s the catch? The room was excellent, very clean and tidy. A nice new bathroom with a great shower. the staff made us feel very welcome. The bar downstairs was nice and well stocked. Would definitely stay again.

   I had the worst possible experience with accommodation here last night. Total scam. I had booked a room on Airbnb to attend a Coldplay concert at Wembley. When I arrived at the pub, there were a group of angry people there telling me that their rooms had been rebooked and they hadn’t received any communication about cancellation. Turns out the same had happened to me. The staff at reception were telling us all that our rooms had been cancelled two days prior but none of us had received any kind of communication and had all turned up expecting to have a place to sleep that night. My booking on Airbnb was still active and there was no sign of a cancellation there. They had rebooked the rooms at extortionate prices to new people, without having cancelled the original bookers. The staff were completely unhelpful, they refused to speak to us and more and more people were arriving to find out the same situation. I was particularly shocked at the lack of empathy they had for the people they had totally screwed over. I had taken a flight from Dublin and had to sort out last minute accommodations in London. Please be warned if you are thinking of booking this place for a concert at Wembley. .

   Excellent Location and Value for Money Stayed here during an event at Wembley Stadium—couldn’t have asked for a better location! It’s just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and cozy. Great value for the price. Will definitely stay again for my next visit.

   Room was unclean with hairs in the sink and dust on the headboard. We stayed in the middle of December and the room was unbearably hot, despite the radiator being turned off. To complain, we would have had to go to the bar underneath as there were no members of staff around for most of the time we were there.

   Well, it really depends WHEN you want to stay here. Monday to Thursday, maybe even Sunday could be pretty fine and I could recommend it. However if your stay is also during Friday or Saturday night, you DON'T WANT to stay here if your intension is to go sleep sooner than 1AM... There is not just a pub below the hotel, but obviously a disco club where loud music is played on weekend days but much worse is you will hear also vibrations from your bathroom because of the music, you can check my video from Friday night around midnight. You really dont want this...

   Great location, it had just been refurbished, so everything fresh a new. A warm welcome with Friendly staff. The only downside was that our window wouldn't close, the latch wasn't working, but that didn't spoil our stay. Would definitely stay here again

   Nice hotel that's a 4min walk away from Wembley Stadium, 3mins from the train station. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff are really helpful and polite. The hotel itself has a bar that's also sell meals, plays live football and lively music. Will be using again when I'm next in the area. Would recommend, great pricing!!

   Enjoyed our stay! We were at Wembley Arena and this is a great location with a pub garden at the bottom. Staff were lovely and very attentive. Room was minimal but clean! Decent size considering London, good ensuite, nice TV in the room. Was perfect for a quick stay. It is tucked out of way on Harrow Road and the pub garden was a nice place to drink in Wembley.
