Great customer service. As others have commented, Andy (who I think runs the place?) is a really nice guy who goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. He even took the time to post my sunglasses back to me when I had forgotten them when I left. Great location for events in Wembley (we went to see Oasis). Lots of nice food places nearby too. Our room was clean with comfortable beds and hot shower and we got loads of extras that I wasn't expecting like a pack of little cupcakes, biscuits, soft drinks, and even a bottle of prosecco! (I don't know if that is usual or just for special events but it was appreciated). We also got a free upgrade to a family room which was a nice surprise. I would definitely stay there again if visiting that part of London.

Not really a hotel as they say..its a house basically renting the rooms out..very pricey very basic for what you get.no bar or food facilities. Local pub/food 15 minute walk away..not ideal after a long journey like we had.plus our rooms wasn't ready so our luggage was just left in reception until we returned from our day out.room was cold no heating on anytime of our stay.

Andy. The nicest and most helpful receptionist, who really went above and beyond for us. We came to London from Denmark, with few hours of preparation and just our backpacks - safe to say we didn’t bring the stuff we needed, and our planning was very poorly. We didn’t have chargers/adapters with us. Andy guided us to the nearest shop - and also gave some good recommendations on the places to go visit in the area. We even arrived too early to check in, and I asked for a bathroom or somewhere to get changed, before seeing Taylor Swift at Wembley. Andy said ‘Oh we wouldn’t want you to have to change in a bathroom, let me see if we can make that room ready for you instead’. And it was ready in record time! Just such a nice and dedicated guy. Hotel was fine - but Andy really made our stay! :-)

Really nice hotel, has everything you need and Andy goes above and beyond, he recommended us places for breakfast and dinner and they were both spot on! We really enjoyed our stay here and will stay here again! Really close to the tube station and buses which is great. Cannot fault this hotel. Will stay here again when we go to our next event :D

The Brent Hotel is a great place to stay, if like myself, you are looking at attending Wembley for an event. The hospitality provided was superb, kind and welcoming- offering plenty of insight to nearby facilities. A pub, dining/take away options and the tube are a 5-10 minute walk away which was greatly convenient. Hope to see you again for the next gig stay over!

Last minute booking handled perfectly! Very close to Wembley so was perfect location to stay for seeing Ed Sheeran. 10 min walk or 5 min bus ride to the tube. Place is clean, well stocked, water and soda at the reception. Staff is really friendly and good in an emergency.

Our stay was brilliant! The gentleman was great, I called earlier in the day for a possible early check in and it wasn't a problem. He told us exactly where to go for the nearest train station and how to get to Wembley stadium. Excellent room, was just what we needed for a one night stay. Will definitely return!

Four stars only because we never stayed for breakfast, (we needed to get home),so cannot give a complete review, although I am sure breakfast would be lovely. Super little place to stay. Easy to find, nice, clean and tidy. Very polite owner who was on hand 24/7 and pleasant and courteous. Room was clean and well stocked with tea/coffee/water and cookies! Thank you. We were attending Wembley so it was really handy to be only a 20 minute walk (it took us longer to walk back as we were tired ha ha) away from the stadium. No hassle just a pleasant and relaxing evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Good location, seemed friendly. Made a valid observation, room was cold when I got up. They reply rather patronisingly, I felt, instructions on how to turn on the radiator in the room, like I hadn't thought of that. So I had a shower, and unsurprisingly, it causes condensation, warm air cold room. So not being an utter neanderthal, I opened the windows, to ventilate the room, apparently, my fault the room is cold then. As an added dig, I get accused of smoking in the room, not at the time, not that day, but days later, after I'd made my observation. Of course, it's what any reasonable reviewer does, take up smoking, after 55 smoke free years, then smoke in a hotel room, when it isn't just hotel policy not to smoke in the rooms, but against the law. To sum up, petty management, unwilling to accept criticism from paying public.
