We didn't know what to expect when we booked. The reviews online seemed fair enough and the price per day wasn't too high. At first, we got a room on the top floor but we kept bumping against the slanting ceiling. If you're average height, it's a no-no. We asked for another room and the staff promptly obliged. Our 2-week stay was really pleasant. The staff were polite and really helpful. The Shisha Garden & Restaurant on the ground floor added spice to the hotel in the evenings and during weekends. The design has an exotic feel to it with lots of sculpture and works of art displayed. Access to food was sorted because of the restaurant and the hotel is located close ro the train stations at Edgware and Canons Park (10 minutes walk). Bus shop's 1-min wakl either way. So, for accessibility, it was really great. We enjoyed our stay very much and we'll definitely come again!

Very good and unusual restaurant which has to be seen in person to believe!!! Incredible opportunity to see a Greek style decoration with a tree actually growing from the cellar. Up throughout the ground floor and up to first floor roof level. Truly amazed by the decoration and amenities provided. Worth a look at on it's own! I had an amazing experience at this hotel in London! The staff’s hospitality was outstanding, and the atmosphere was absolutely wonderful. The owner is a remarkable artist who has turned the hotel into a true masterpiece. He handcrafted impressive mosaics that can be admired both inside the hotel and in the enchanting Shisha Garden. His ceramic figurines are equally stunning, each one a unique work of art. The mornings were particularly special: the owner made us fresh coffee and warm pastries, and we spent time chatting with him. He even shared the stories behind his impressive ceramic creations, which made the experience feel so personal and memorable. To top it off, we had the pleasure of meeting his lovely parrots, who brought so much life and charm to the atmosphere. I cannot recommend this place enough – it’s a true hidden gem in London. If you stay here, you’ll leave with cherished memories and a sense of having experienced something truly unique!

Very clean pleasant rooms and generously laden with freebies such as toiletries, water and biscuits. The best part is the bar and restaurant downstairs. The food is top quality and the room has to be seen to be believed as no 2D photo will do it justice. It is like stepping into Wonderland with Alice. The staff are lovely as well; attentive, helpful and genuinely charming. I had an early start the next day so was disturbed by the music until 1am but it is worth a little lack of sleep for the spectacular visual experience and warm welcome I received. Tunes were good too. This place is like nowhere on Earth.

I experienced the staff , the owners daughter behaviour very rude and unprofessional. I also experienced here unclean and doesn’t meet the hygiene standards I’d expect it to. Do yourself a favour and do not come here

The decor and atmosphere was very nice, the food and drinks were very dissapointing. The food was very over priced for what it was, it looked like it came out of a chicken shop but not at that price. Drinks were quite watered down but decent.

Shisha lounge, bar, music and food are great, lovely tropical/Mediterranean decor and lively atmosphere. Their desserts are so tasty especially the sticky toffee pudding with ice-cream.

Hotel with a Shisha bar next door. I can imagine this being a great place for more of a social gathering. I stayed there for a work trip. Room was clean and bed was comfy enough, nothing special. There was no cold water in the room, and the old extension cord lying on the floor did not work. When arriving Around 8PM in the eve I had to ask at the shisha bar for the hotel owner as the reception was not open. Only parking is on the nearby resedrnarila streets that are free until 8AM in the morning, then 50p per 20 mins. Overall it was a functional place but nothing special

The hotel was quite nice however there are small things that could have been done better. The room was too hot, there was no net curtain to provide privacy as there are people just below in the bar that can see us, headboard isn't attached to the bed, the water was too cold and took long time to heat up and the extension plug should have been made visible. As I was looking for it for ages! But generally the room was very nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The location was great. I had a very good and comfortable sleep. I assume that it is very noise but that doesn't bothered me as I am Deaf. I would come here again.
