   Travel Village are excellent at providing the whole travel package and pay attention to the detail. I have booked 2 cruises and 1 cruise/rail package with them and each time their input and help is invaluable. On this latest cruise deal, Caitlyn & Jayne have been superb. Excellent value for money and reassurance that all is ABTA/ATOL covered. Always my preferred travel agent.

   We wanted to go to Madeira in May snd visited Travel Village to see what was available. Charlotte was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. Everyone in the travel agency was friendly. After full research and discussion with Charlotte we booked the perfect holiday and are looking forward to it. My first holiday abroad was booked with the grandparents of the current owners Eric and Lena Bourne so continuity.

   Shouldn't go near this company, attempting to do business with them - they don't appear to want it! They were totally objectionable when I requested a brochure, on more than one occasion and refused point blank to send me one out!!
