    This boutique hotel was hard for the Uber driver to find and was in a residential area. Fortunately, a bus runs right outside. The warm greeting at reception by Vish was so welcomed. He was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout my 2 night stay. I prebooked a Standard room for 1, however, my room was incredibly small. With no space to turn, it barely fit myself and 3 suitcases! It was equipped with standard kettle, coffee/tea, biscuits and water. The room had a window, was clean with very comfortable bedding. It had a beautiful, clean bathroom but the gold shower fixture needed a good wipedown. Perhaps other rooms had more space. There was no TV, but for the bargain rate, it was a pleasant place.

    I must say this is one of the best hotel I ever stayed, clean atmosphere nice rooms. Like the Host as specially Vish, all the time we get there receive the best service of him. Best price nice location. Highly recommended.

    My two-night stay at this hotel was a very pleasant experience. The staff were polite and professional, and I especially want to mention Vish, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout my stay. His attentive service truly made a positive difference. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and the common areas were welcoming. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to others. I look forward to returning in the future.

    The level of customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. At 2pm on the day of arrival they informed us that the room we booked was no longer available. They initially offered a free upgrade but then the rude and aggressive manager called again insisting it was not free and would be £50, then insisting that I had 15 minutes to decide or we would lose the room. It took another two hours for them to be directed by booking.com that the upgrade would need to be free. We then booked parking for the day, we had already received a message saying it would be £20. They tried to charge us £40 until we we reminded them of the message they'd already sent. They took £20 for the parking and we left to head to an event. Half an hour later we received a call from the rude and aggressive manager saying that unless we moved the car we would be blocked in upon arrival as there may be other guests. When I asked if he was expecting other guests he said 'that's none of your business. We had no alternative but to walk 2 miles back to the hotel and move to a different spot. When we arrived back to leave the car park was pretty much empty. The manager would have been fully aware of this but still forced us to return knowing full well that one of our party has difficulties walking. An awful experience dealing with disgusting staff that did their best to ruin our stay.

    O dear what a place. It really needs not only updating but the dining area is awful, how this hasnt been checked out by the health and safety people I don't know. The gentleman is pleasant enough but it does not come up to anyway near a 4star rating. It is in a really good location but please arena hotel get yourselves cleaned up.

    a basic bed and breakfast, but extremely well placed for Wembley Stadium we stayed a couple of nights while attending a concert, it's a 20 minute stroll round the corner from the stadium parking is included in the price- a real bonus anywhere in the area staff were friendly, breakfast was good, for the price i was pleasantly surprised
