   Lovely appartments in a great location. You have everything you need in the appartment, enough room to eat and sit nicely. Staff was very helpfull and friendly. Norman was very kind and facilitated a later check out. Also on the day of our arrival the lady at the desk was able to have a room ready earlier. Area is very nice with loads of shops, restaurants and access to tube!

   Upon checking into our room, we discovered there was no running water at all, no water from the taps, shower, kitchen, or toilet. We were in the room for less than five minutes before reporting the issue to reception. The receptionist informed us that the problem affected multiple rooms and could not be resolved until the following morning. We were advised to either email regarding refunds or use the toilet facilities located downstairs in the gym. This situation was entirely unacceptable, and we had no choice but to check out immediately. Given that we were unable to use the basic amenities, I requested a full refund however no responses from the team whatsoever.

   We were immediately impressed by ARK Wembley from first stepping into the large, stylish reception. Our second-floor room was perfect; immaculate, very modern, great bed, no loud air con, little welcome box of tea and coffee, nice bathroom with a big shower, no noise from neighbours. Basically, everything we needed to be comfortable pre and post-seeing a band at Wembley Arena a few mins walk away. Totally recommend!

   I had such a great stay here! The room was super clean, very modern, and the bedding was so comfy—I slept like a dream every night. It had a small kitchenette, which was so nice to make simple meals in. The coworking space and rooftop deck were amazing, I want to work there all the time! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcome. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. The location is PERFECT if you're doing anything at Wembley, it's literally a 5 min walk from the stadium, but also in a super quiet neighorhood. I would definitely stay here again!

   Great value. The room was nice, compact but good enough for what I needed. The shower was very nice. Location is good, 10 min walk to the stadium. Staff were very nice and helpful. The flush on the toilet was a bit dodgy and the air con was hit and miss but overall would recommend staying here.

   It’s a cool place with promise but the service is disorganised and isn’t always what you’d expect for the money. The apartments are cool but some may be too dark for longer stays. Co-living spaces are fantastic. APARTMENT: The rooms are small and not decorated like in the pictures (not even a picture on the wall, just a few hooks left where it should be). There’s no oven/grill in the apartment and the building isn’t finished as of March 2023 so not able to review roof and kitchens. About half of the apartments are north-facing enough to get no sunlight. Curtains cover half the window and there’s no way to open more so it’s pretty much a fancy shoebox. Loads of storage in the Norm rooms though. The cleaning is light but nice nonetheless — they wipe surfaces/shower, empty the bins, and they leave you some clean sheets/towels if you remove and pile up for them. EXPERIENCE Staff aren’t particularly keen to help with things and there’s only empty apologies (sometimes no apologies) when things go wrong. There were multiple hot water issues (once no water at all) for the first month but seems to be resolved. The included classes are nice but have on several occasions either randomly not happened or been cancelled last minute. Building interior design is really cool. They play quiet spa music in the hallways. Co-working space is great and there’s a nice little community if you get chatting to people. Friday drinks are very hit or miss in terms of turnout — might be better moved to a Thursday. Peloton studio is fun, gym is great (though missing some of the dumbbells now), media room is cool and has a great sound system. LOCATION: Wembley Park is a good place if you’re moving into London for the first time. It’s safe and there are a couple of nice places to go. It’s all very new, so not much culture beyond that manufactured by Quintain (the main area stakeholder). LOTS of construction. Well connected by tube/rail.

   I was recently at Ark Wembley and was thoroughly impressed by my experience. The thoughtful design of the space immediately caught my attention and made me feel at home. The rooms are nicely appointed, providing all the amenities you may need for a comfortable stay. One of the standout features for me is the co-working space, which is well-equipped and conducive to productivity. The video conference booths are also a big plus, and they allowed me to conduct meetings and stay connected throughout my day. The girls at the reception were exceptional. They were friendly, welcoming, and the management was also top-notch, ensuring that everyone has a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ark Wembley to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay, be it long or short. The combination of thoughtfully designed spaces, nice rooms, a great vibe, and exceptional customer service make it a true gem. I'm already looking forward to my next time there and can say with certainty that I'll be back soon.

   Wembley Ark is a great place to stay. They have comfortable, very spacious rooms. The best part staying here is Ze, she is super helpful and goes out of her way to make sure everyone is well taken care of. She deserves a raise. Both ladies are truly remarkable people.

   Great facility offering both long and short stays, I've stayed for a couple of nights when in London on business and it works like a dream. The team on site are really friendly and the site convenient for getting into central London for meetings and socialising!

   This is a new building, so everything is still fresh and clean. Not all of the amenities are available yet until Q1 2023, so there's some wasted rent in that, but at least the kitchen, media room, gym, and coworking are available now. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I live here for the coliving community more than anything, and I've met a lot of interesting International students & workers and everyone seems to enjoy it here. We're 3 minutes walk to Sainsbury's and Co-op, 5 minutes walk to food and a pub, and 10 minutes walk to the "fast" Metropolitan line tube, so that's a plus.
