   Appears to have closed down and not cancelled bookings. We turned up at 2pm and there was no signage. Doors were locked, nobody answering the phone. We ended up having to find another hotel. Diabolical.

   That place is completely mess and disaster. Believe me you don't want to stay here. I booked a family room with two double beds. I contacted the hotel early morning but I didn't get a response back. I came to the hotel on the evening as I wasn't sure if we can leave our suitcases in the hotel before checking in. When we arrived we were informed they done overbooking and our room isn't available but we can get 2 rooms instead (single and double bed). My room smelt of mould, had a dirty bedding and it was impossible to closed it. I wanted to speak to the manager but I was told its impossible but they can offer me different room also single. It wasn't the standard I paid for but windows were closed, was late and I didnt have many options. I came back to the room at midnight and I found out the alarm is broken and every 60 seconds gives very loud and annoying sound. I cant sleep, same problem has other hotel guests. I contacted the guy who works here but he told me he is sleeping, nobody is going to come here to fox it and I shouldn't call him. The hotel charges people for staying here and completely don't care about standards. It's 3 am and I still can't sleep. Other issues: place looks dirty like nobody is cleaning here, beds are extremely uncomfortable and lots of stuff is broken and can cause hazard because nobody fix it. The attitude is awful and disrespectful. If you thinking about booking a room here I rather sleep on a train station.

   Your lucky there isn't an option for no stars the rooms are appalling no heating and no knob on the radiator to turn it up or down,stains all over the carpet and mattress the bedding was dirty there was a gale blowing through the window it was freezing cold I lasted half an hour in there whilst looking for some were else to stay and left I spoke with the bloke on Reception about the issues and a refund the response I got was a shrug of the shoulders and a comment of I only work here and you need to speak to booking . Com were you booked it from. The pictures on Google don't do it justice its the worst place I've seen. I wouldnt have let me dog sleep in the room absolutely outrageous

   Horrible stay. You could hear everything. Impossible to sleep. The bed was so awful and noisy. TV was not working and the room had no signal. Try to get a refund but nothing. Never again
