L loves coming to nursery and I think the main reason is her relationship with the staff, especially Jess and Emma (before she left). She obviously trusts the staff and feels safe and looked after while she’s there which is a great comfort to us.
Experienced child minders. Have certain age groups assigned to a specific room. Staff record what child has eaten and at what time. Nap times (if necessary) and the duration. Will record any incident and require your signature as a parent or guardian to acknowledge you have been informed. The members of staff are warming and welcoming and range between healthy mixture of "seasoned veterans" and new starters.
