I returned today to have an in growing toenail attended to and after 6 years Karen remembered details about me, attended to the problem and gave my feet a thorough examination and service.    I visited the Foot Care Group on Wednesday 8th to book an appointment. Due to cancellations, I was able to get an appointment as soon as Friday 10th with Karen. I have suffered with an ingrown toenail for the best part of a year. (I’m too stubborn to get the ball rolling on things like this and just hope it works itself out) I wish I had done it a lot sooner! I was in and out within 15 minutes completely sorted. The whole process was explained before and during the PAIN FREE removal of my toenail. Instant relief! If you need any treatment on your feet, I’d go straight here and skip the call to the GP.

   We visited today as my daughter was advised to see a podiatrist following surgery. The premises were immaculate and tidy, we were seen at our allocated appointment time (no long waits), and were very pleased with the care and service received. Karen put my child at ease and dealt with the issue, which is now fully resolved. She's clearly very experienced and knowledgeable, and I wouldn't hesitate to book with her again should the need ever arise. Excellent!

   Very professional. I would highly recommend to anyone. I had been suffering with an ingrown toenail ,to the point where if I slightly touched it, just a slight bump, it was agony. I was limping, and scared to be honest about getting it looked at. I wish I went sooner. It was instant relief after Karen did her work. I couldn't be more grateful, I was surprised she sorted it out so easily. Brilliant 10/10 ❤

   I recently damaged a nail which after my aborted attempt to clean up, started to painfully in grow. Karen was a total professional. Speedy, kept me informed on what she was doing and what aftercare was needed. She removed a substantial piece of nail with minimal pain. Yes, there was some but no where near as much as I was feeling while walking. She then cleaned the area again and dressed my toe. Would I go back to her? Yes, without hesitation. Would I recommend her? Yes, without hesitation. The surgery is a little hard to find if you do not know the area as it is in a alleyway off Church Green. I was informed where to find them when booking the appointment (the day before) so listen well.
