Where have the usefull staff gone ??? The new man has ruined my repeat prescription for bi polar medication & denied it me .
Throughout my years of being at the practice, I can honestly say that I have been met with nothing but professionalism, friendly faces & outstanding care. Dr Neelam Saroy has a wealth & breadth of healthcare knowledge - an expert in her profession. She is always kind, genuinely listens & follows through with her care. The head receptionist Sharon has always been so polite, understanding & signposted to whom or where I’ve needed to go if there was no appointments available. If I have ever needed to contact The medical secretary Sam has always been efficient, confidential & kept me up to date. The systems in place in this practice as well as the staff at all levels are exemplary of NHS principles & values. Nothing is ever too much! Thank you! Worst experience ever I really wish I could 0 star to this practice and especially to the practice manager ( bal), who is utterly rude and ill-mannered lady. She speaks very high on behalf of doctors but doesn't know what's been documented in the records. Highly disappointed with her behaviour and overall experience at this practice. I found only two ladies were polite and well mannered were Sharon and Sam( Receptionist). Dr. Chaggar and Dr. Rai are the most nicest Dr's there. However the allegations this practice manager has raised against me were malicious,she had nothing to prove herself right. Hence, I do not recommend this practice to anyone.
Very unprofessional receptionist and hard to get an appointment with doctors who are also useless.
Very unprofessional, you can't explain what's the problem, because they know better and they interrupted when you trying to. Not recommended. They will give you perscription even if there is better solution. Everything is fast they want to in and out. Trying to book my baby to pediatrician, but they do not want to give me and doctor know everything better. My little one has allergic reaction to cows milk and he told me that are hormons and it's nothing to worry about. Why we can't give 0 stars?
GP’s are really awful, my advice is too steer well clear of this surgery. Very unprofessional
Drs are wonderful never had any issues. receptionist are rude and think they are the drs. Only downside is you struggle to get appointments.
Receptionist are rude the doctors aren't very useful. Currently looking for a new drs. Wouldn't recommend to any body. Spoke to dr chaggar about mental health and was called an attention seeker.
