I ordered my daughter a pram which never arrived because it was lost in transit and the seller is refusing to refund me… definitely avoid, their customer service team is diabolical it’s a joke, they will not help you in the slightest
I ordered the stroller for my daughter, unfortunately the stroller was broke and needed to be sent back. I sent the stroller back and then somehow my stroller has got lost. Avoid this company at all costs, there not willing to get to the bottom of it and know that the stroller was collected by the courier. Nearly 4 months since I sent the stroller back. Money wasted and now my daughter is left without a stroller which she needs.
I was specifically looking for a stroller that was foldable and had a double-face option, and came across this one. On the website, it looked fine and seemed to meet my needs, so I decided to order it. However, once I received it and assembled everything, I started noticing several issues. First and most concerning, the head roof cover doesn’t close properly. This is a real safety hazard—if the baby is choking or needs to be lifted quickly, their head could easily bump into the hard top part. Another frustrating design flaw is that you can't use both the cup holder and the bag at the same time. The way the stroller is built, you can only use one or the other, which defeats the purpose of having both accessories. Also, the strap that goes around the baby feels very flimsy and low quality. It doesn't seem secure at all, and I honestly worry it could pop open if my toddler pushes the button. That’s another big risk in my opinion. Overall, the stroller just feels very plastic-ish and cheap. As they say, you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, I found out after opening the box that the website’s return policy doesn’t allow returns once the product is opened, so I’m stuck with it and now will probably have to buy another stroller that’s actually safe and functional. Definitely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to other parents.
Beautiful pushchair, it glides across so easily, even gravel so smoothly and you can fold it down with one hand which is so helpful. Beautiful colours and fits perfectly in my boot and still room for shopping. Comes with a matching bag to use aswell. I absolutely love it.
Can’t fault this brand at all, ordered on a Sunday and was delivered on the Tuesday morning. Amazing colour options to suit everyone’s preference. Easy to put up and put back down and into the great travel bag provided. As a twin mum these are going to make life so much easier and they don’t take up much room in the car BONUS!. So happy to have prams that are no longer bulky and heavy to move!

Lightweight and easy to put up and down. Has its own bag so saves getting muddy wheels in the car and this is great to store when home. Is compact when folded down so takes up no room at all. Baby comfy and cosy in it. I had the sleeping bag with it. Very stylish I had the light grey with brown leather trim Easy to push and manouvre. Delivery was next day so brilliant. All in all very good up to yet.
