Very friendly professional staff and the only chemist I’ve had a prescription dispensed in under 5 minutes. Very much appreciate the staff here.
This is THE BEST pharmacy I have ever used. They're always smiling and happy, always very helpful and always as quick as they can be. Our local on is College St. Leigh where this review is based.
Very friendly and helpful staff, my prescriptions go to them electronically and I get a text message when they are ready to collect
Constantly let down with medication, nothing is ever ready on time, gaining 3/4 of a prescription and having to wait upto 2 days extra to gain other medications text service is hit and miss, sometime's having to wait 5-8 days for prescriptions to be ready completely. Staff are friendly, latest pharmacist is not exactly the greatest, takes his time at a snails pace. Lunch break....never reopens on time at 1.30pm customers can be waiting outside till gone 1.40pm for staff to return, although prompt to close at 5.30pm
Rang 16 times the other day before i finally got through. I am seriously considering changing chemist. I am also trying to ring this morning and it’s just ringing and ringing yet again or engaged when i try again!!
Well what can I say, no customer service at all was told if I don’t like it go somewhere else off a girl who I had already complained about two weeks before rude staff no help too an elderly man who they could see was struggling walk rude actually can’t believe they let their staff shout across the chemist too customers
