   Absolutely shocking!!! Fourth visit in a week to pick up a prescription (6 tablets) first time they closed as they told my hubby “we haven’t had a break all day!” Then for a fourth time today there was no pharmacist! The woman I spoke to with I think an Irish accent spoke to me in one word answers and quite abruptly, she then was really put out when I asked for the telephone number, at no point did she make any apology. It seems there is a lack of management if they are going without breaks! She told me the pharmacist would be back at 5pm I called between 5:00-5:30 and no one answered! What a surprise!!!! Reading most of reviews those one or two who have found them helpful that’s great, but I think you are few and far between.

   THE worse chemist! They hide behind the screens, take forever on the computer. Then shout across at patients "what name" dont hear because they are so far away from each other, then get stroppy because they have got it wrong. "Come back in half hour" is their favourite saying. Then make them queue again to receive the thing they've been told to return for!

   The worst - the staff with very poor work ethics and plain rude. The 'manager' woman yelling at me and shouting all my personal details out and then just turning around and walking away without any resolution, 2 members of staff providing totally contradicting information on the same medication - do they even know what they are doing there and why do they hate their job and customers so much? Avoid if you can

   Terrible service, staff chatting away in the back while there’s a line of customers. I’ve been in the line now for 25 minutes and one customer has had their prescription taken from staff and the ready stood here watching the pharmacist laughing away. Doesn’t look good when customers who are in the line because they’re not well or like myself struggle with standing, having to stand there for long periods watching what looks like ignorance and laziness from staff

   My stuff got sent there and phones was engaged for over an hour. I drove up and rang as I stood at counter for about 10 minutes while watching them sat on there arses doing nothing. I showed them my phone and shouted them over n told I've been ri going for ages non stop and none of them was on the phone.. they'd actually turned it off and I'd caught them in the act. Said sorry but couldn't give a toss. Disgrace that place.

   No problems here. Rang up to check they received my prescription, they put it in the queue for me and I picked it up half an hour later. Staff were cheerful and friendly.

   Vats the pharmacist is a very rude woman to all customers who have been stood here waiting ridiculously long times already. I was speaking to another customer asking why they weren’t serving the customers present (7 people stood waiting) instead of doing the “weekly repeat prescriptions” for people who aren’t here. It is 10pm on a Friday evening so unlikely for people to be coming in for their weekly prescriptions at this time. Would not recommend this pharmacy and will never allow my prescription to be sent here again

   Shocking! Waited 50 minutes from handing my prescription over only to be told they didn't have it all and I would have to come back the next day. My partner went back the following day and waited 45 mins from handing it to the lady behind the counter. By the time he left there was a que of 8 people behind him also disgruntled at the wait time. Really? How can it take so long to put a prescription together something seriously wrong at this pharmacy!

   So I had the misfortune of going to this pharmacy this morning at 10am with a prescription, to be told it would be 20 minutes. 4 and a half hours later I went back, and queued up again for another 25 minutes to be told they hadn’t done it because the dentist hadn’t put the date on the prescription, I said “I only get 30 minutes for my dinner, is there any way you could just date it, or lend me a pen? To be told no!! Just no!! So as I left I swore under my breath at all the inconvenience and lack of help from the staff at the pharmacy. When I arrived back another 20 minutes later I was told “ I don’t appreciate you swearing at me!” I replied with “I wasn’t swearing at you I was swearing at the situation” She then said “we are nhs staff and can ban you from the pharmacy if we feel like it” and to be honest I WISH YOU HAD, THEN I NO LONGER HAVE TO DEAL WITH THE ABSOLUTE INCOMPETENCE OF EVERYONE BEHIND THAT COUNTER!! The waiting times and absolute disregard for your customers is disgusting to say the least. If it was a 1 off incident with me, I would have apologised profusely and begged for forgiveness!!!! BUT LOOK AT YOUR REVIEWS!!! No one hardly has a single nice thing to say about any of you. NHS STAFF!!! Hahahahahahahaha you WISH you was NHS STAFF.
