All lovely people & great service. I went in the other day while I was passing to see if they could help dispose of old medication, after my dad passed away. They were so compassionate and helpful. Thank you so much for all your help and advice.

The woman on the counter small, blond hair and glasses is the rudest woman ever. I work in retail and we all have bad days but she is another level. Talks to people like how dare you come in here for anything. I was in when she spoke to a lady about her prescription she was so bloody rude. Then she waved her hand in her face. Seriously i will not be going there again I will go up town to boots. Shocking.
The hour for lunch can be slightly annoying as obviously picking up your prescription during your lunch hour can be preferable, especially when the pharmacy isn't open on the weekend. But the staff are lovely, helpful, I enjoy browsing their mini museum at the till. They've got a good range of over the counter items and can offer advice and assistance, they're mindful of any constraints you mention and offer very appropriate alternatives and solutions. I strongly recommend making them your normal pharmacy or visiting if you need to pick something up that doesn't need prescribing. Very reasonably priced.
Extremely helpful and polite. Tried their best to help but, through no fault of their own, they couldn't. 111 didn't send prescription as promised.

- Posted on 26 July 2022 NHS WEBSITE REVIEW I always collect my prescription from here and find the staff on the counter extremely efficient and friendly. They told me they were doing blood pressure checks now and booked me in. The pharmacist who I think is the new owner did this a lovely guy. During my visit an elderly gentleman came in to get his arm looked at as he had a fall the night before. They got him a seat then looked after him so well he was even taken back to his car where his wife was waiting and of they both went to the walk in centre. This is the way to run your Business and its so lovely to see people who genuinely care about the Community. Wishing you every success for the future as you deserve it.
